It just appeared when I tried to make room on my external hard disk ... The last two hours were quite entertaining so I share these with you...

Autumn is upon us, and what could be better for the change of season than 90 minutes of Folk and Field Recordings by one of the most avid selectors out there. Long-acquainted with flea market etiquette and collector of not only records but also books, magazines and all sorts of fantastic rarities, Vince Privat has been in the business of selling and buying sought after records from France for quite a while now.

 Last year, he decided to team up with his friend and former owner of DDR records, in order to open a new shop which they called "Dizonord". The duo has since then consistently been doing everything right, offering plenty of cultural events around music, kids-workshops, in-store concerts and gigs for local and visiting artists. Their stock of music is incredibly diverse, always up to date and on point. Dizonord is nothing short of  a new cultural hub in the Northern heart of Paris, which you should make sure to check out if you're around.

In the meantime - after plenty of work setting up the shop and a couple of DJ-appearances during the summer (including Dekmantel Selectors) - we thank Vince for contributing this special mix. Kick back with a glass of thick French red wine (make it organic and with skin-contact if you must), and enjoy these one and a half hours of autumn bliss - before the weather gets true disgusting and dark.

Our April podcast comes from Amsterdam-based DJ, producer, and label owner Robert Bergman. @robert-bergman

Formerly part of the Rush Hour Records crew, we’ve been following Robert’s Redlight Radio show for a long time. If you haven't listened, the show covers many genres, but usually leans to the lo-fi and leftfield side of House, Techno, New Wave, World and Folk music (amongst others).

As a producer, he’s released some killer music on labels such as Dekmantel and L.I.E.S., as well as mixtapes on The Trilogy Tapes, and several releases on his own label BREW, which he started in 2016.

We’re so happy to share this mix, which is typically eclectic, full of great music, and perfect for listening to at home, or wherever you might be locked down.
