سيظل لكل إنسان طريقته الخاصة في تلقّي إنطباعات الناس عنه، وستبقى لبعض الكلمات أثرها الخاص ربما لمعناها أو لمكانة قائلها! ولكن لا تنسَ "بل الإنسان على نفسه بصيرة" أنت أدرى بنفسك !

نحن نذوب ونتمازج فعليًا مع من اخترنا أن نقضي أوقاتنا معهم، أولئك الذي يحملون همّك ويقولونها صراحة وضمنيًا "والنائبات التي تؤذيك تؤذيني"، لا يمكنك إلا أن تفرح معهم وتشاركهم كل شيء، ولا يكونوا هم فقط محطة أحزانك وكآبتك وهمومك
عليك أن تنمو معهم وأن يكونوا الجزء الأساسي في رحلتك والدور الأهم الذي يجب أن تشعر بالمسؤولية نحوه.

To create change you need three things:


1⇢ You need to engage the heart.


Coz that's where real change happens. It's not enough to "know". The heart needs to be convinced before you and I can change our ways and create new ways.


2⇢ You need to create new narratives about who you are, who others are, what's happening around you and what's the meaning behind it, etc.


3 ⇢ You must be willing to walk through the shadows when they come.

#4 "I Feel Stuck"

Coz here's what I see happening, people either go on one extreme or the other.

Holding on too tightly to their strengths where they can't see any place of improvement.

Or they hold on too tightly to their weaknesses that they are unable to admit and own their strengths.

Both are flips sides of "not feeling good enough." The middle zone (where self-confidence lies), is where we can see ourselves as a whole.

We can lean on our strengths, we are aware of our challenges and we can consciously decide on what we want to lean on and what we want to improve on and why.

#5 What About Self-Confidence?

This is one of my personal favorite topics to explore with my clients that I believe has one of the biggest impacts and breakthroughs for them and the work they do-I even made a whole program about it (www.noorahkareem.com/coaching).

Most of the time what we need is to get out of their own way of success.

We become our worst enemies when it comes to growth and expanding ourselves.
