To create change you need three things:


1⇢ You need to engage the heart.


Coz that's where real change happens. It's not enough to "know". The heart needs to be convinced before you and I can change our ways and create new ways.


2⇢ You need to create new narratives about who you are, who others are, what's happening around you and what's the meaning behind it, etc.


3 ⇢ You must be willing to walk through the shadows when they come.

#4 "I Feel Stuck"

Coz here's what I see happening, people either go on one extreme or the other.

Holding on too tightly to their strengths where they can't see any place of improvement.

Or they hold on too tightly to their weaknesses that they are unable to admit and own their strengths.

Both are flips sides of "not feeling good enough." The middle zone (where self-confidence lies), is where we can see ourselves as a whole.

We can lean on our strengths, we are aware of our challenges and we can consciously decide on what we want to lean on and what we want to improve on and why.

#5 What About Self-Confidence?

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate." ― C.G. Jung

Our unconscious mind reacts a lot faster than our conscious mind.

To change anything we must first make the unseen things seen. 

We must bring it into our conscious mind first.

First awareness then choice.
