This song is very personal to the singer who says she wrote the lyrics about a very good friend who is no longer here. "I actually wrote this song back in 2003 while in Korea and originally wanted an alternative rock vibe to it with pop vocals. It's been sitting stagnant for almost a decade, but it's been brought back to life again with the help of Derocc." Derocc, is the up and coming dub-step producer, who JiNi has been collaborating with for the first two singles, also produced the beat for "Take Me Away".
