The first time I listened to BoxTox's music, about a year ago, I thought that I would really like to play with him. Lately, when I wrote this piece, I immediately thought maybe it was the right one for his clarinet .. I proposed it to him and ... voilà!

Here I just used a few passages from the Book of Isaiah, chapter 14, sung in Italian over the Francesco and Rosin beautiful collaboration. This powerful chapter in the Old Testament compares the king of Babylon to Lucifer, the fallen angel. In the troubled history of mankind we were never short of kings of Babylon. Perhaps someday...

Welcome to my dusty and flyblown corner of SoundCloud! What a wonderful thing it is that SC provides a home for my roughs...These are originals on a battered ol Yamaha guitar...and a ZOOM H4N recorder! Be warned...only very rough!
