Be Open. Be not afraid.  There is no reason why you need to waste another day trapped in the Matrix of self-deceptions.  You were ready ever since at least the age of 13.  This is NOT an intellectual process.  It is an Action...One Action…with all of your being.  The Seeing is the Doing. The first step is the last step.  It can all be finished by the time the Sun rises tomorrow.  It takes time to get up to the right altitude and to walk to the door of a plane, but it takes only a second to jump.

As long as there is inner conflict, violence and suffering, there is no Happiness.  There is only what passes for Happiness, which has been put together by thought and emotions, which are the reactions of the past conditioning of the brain.  thought is always limited and the limited is incapable of ever giving birth to that which is not limited, which is Happiness.  You can invite pleasure, but you can not invite Happiness.  Happiness comes of its own when you are not there.  Total Freedom from the illusion of the I, the me, the self, the ego, the so-called Mind, the so-called Heart, the so-called Soul, the so-called True Self or Higher Self, is the beginning of True Happiness for the very first time in each and every moment of daily life.  It is the end of inner conflict, violence and suffering.  It is the beginning of Love and Wisdom.
