Записаний під час виступу на фестивалі Black! Factory Festival 2023, сет починається з занурення у в‘язкий, майже стоячий потік звуків з далеким відлунням ритму, поступово гублячи музичну форму, залишаючи великий об‘єм простору для власної уяви слухача. 

Зміна звукових пейзажів, приглушені передавачем голоси, потойбічні акустичні інструменти – цей запис схожий на подорож просторами власної підсвідомості, дбайливо сплановану автором.

Maestro of the sixth mix in selector series is Gapon, a DJ, selector, collector, and co-owner of the record store Octan.

Recorded during a performance at the Black! Factory Festival 2023, the set begins with an immersion into a thick, almost stagnant stream of sounds with distant echoes of rhythm, gradually losing its musical form, leaving ample space for the listener's imagination. 

Changing soundscapes, subdued voices transmitted by the speaker, otherworldly acoustic instruments - this recording resembles a journey through the expanses of one's own subconscious, carefully planned by the author.

I selected my favorite tracks by Ukrainian artists, in no particular order, released on Muscut and its sublabel Shukai during these twelve years. In the photo you see the one of my favorite Kyiv’s constructivism buildings - the Main Astronomical Observatory of the Academy of Science of Ukraine, located in VDNG district (Holosiivskyi forest), which is very close to the apartment - the last place where I lived in Kyiv (before I moved abroad the same year)."_

Join us for the third episode of Iriy Frequencies, as we delve into the roots of modern bass music with a focus on two influential labels from the UK leftfield scene: Livity Sound and its experimental counterpart, Dnuos Ytivil. This episode is exclusively curated by Montronique, a resident of Livity Sound, who has prepared a selection showcasing the depth and diversity of the label's offerings.

Livity Sound, inspired by the Rastafarian concept of life-force, was established in 2011 by dubstep pioneer Peverelist. While rooted in UK Garage, the label has explored modern dub and fluxwork, shaping modern bass music genres and nurturing artists in traditional styles. Dnuos Ytivil, its darker twin, offers a collection of heavier, more experimental urban bass music.

OO0oϙ0O0O00O is a Ukrainian sound art duo of oa and ϙue. Assembled in Lisbon, their artistic synergy was forged by serendipity after the 2022 full-scale invasion of their motherland. 
This project is a heartfelt exploration of kinship and care, delving into the metaphysicality of human touch and reflecting on inner connections to the heritage. Both oa and ϙue are skilled at achieving ethereal states through their own medium. oa uses her natural voice, while ϙue creates voiceless synthetiscapes. When they come together, their auditory output weaves a beautiful tapestry of emotional release.” : OO0oϙ0O0O00O about their livecast: 
"At the center of this live performance is a long journey, full of questions, leading to the same point for both, on the way to answers. The collected musical pieces from different points of the traveled route carry different meanings corresponding to a particular period. The vocal parts consist of various texts and sound notes about inner searches, starting in 2022. Among them is an excerpt from Kateryna Babkina's poem "Don't Ask Me How I Am," translated into English by Alisa Kotliarenko.
We have identified and chosen these poems at some unheard-of level of feeling. In conclusion, two different directions of reflecting our own reality, two different paths, merged into a composition about one thing.

Цей проект є проникливим дослідженням спорідненості та турботи, заглибленням у метафізичність людського дотику, осмисленням внутрішнього зв'язку зі спадщиною. oa та ϙue самостійно досягали тонких станів свідомості, кожен за допомогою власних засобів: oa використовувала свій природний голос, тоді як ϙue створював беззвучні синтетичні полотна. “У центрі цього живого виступу лежать тривалі мандри, сповнені питаннями, що привели до однієї точки обох, на шляху до відповідей. Вокальні частини складаються з різних текстових та звукових нотаток про внутрішні пошуки, починаючи з 2022 року. Серед них і уривок вірша Катерини Бабкіної «Не питай мене як я» у перекладі на англійську Аліси Котляренко.
На якомусь нечуваному рівні відчуттів ми виділили та обрали саме їх. У висновку, два різних напрямки відображення власної дійсності, два різних шляхи, злилися в композиції про одне.
