Next up in the mix series we have a delightful ambient set created by the talented Melbourne lad, Tim Koren. Whilst he is known widely for his progressive house sets, this mix delves into beatless territory with rich textures and stunning soundscapes. By all accounts he thoroughly enjoyed putting this together and it has inspired ideas for future sonic journeys.

He notes:
"Without a beat so much more focus goes into what key things are in, how to harmonically mix, and what energy each track holds. It was a super therapeutic process for curating it".

Bent are Nail Tolliday and Simon Mills, two Nottingham based producers who have been pushing lush, emotive electronica since 1999. Just as comfortable crafting a slice of melancholy downtempo as they are laying down a summery dance floor cut, some of their classic sample-heavy productions include ‘Magic Love’, ‘Always’ and ‘Swollen’ (to name but a few).

In 2020 they released  their sixth studio album, Up In The Air, their first full length release since 2006. Brimming with eight beautifully melodic tracks, the LP proved the boys haven’t lost their touch. We’re over the moon to have them put together a mixtape for us. Hope you enjoy.
