— Artist Intro —

F-on (Alfonso Pomeda) is the owner of Alpenglühen (the label) focused in deep and ambient techno which explores the thin line between light and darkness.

His progressive sessions, profound and with long mixes, are real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient and horizontal and dubby techno.

F-on's productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures. He is a resident at the Alpenglühen and Taiga sessions and owner of the label Antimatter together with Bule.

With an exquisite taste and enviable technique, his personal sessions explore the most daring styles of electronic music. Under the name "Serious Cut," he performs ambient and electronic music heavily influenced by the 90s.

Here we are, back on track with a fresh episode of our podcast.
In this session, we have Einox, who decided to record a live set for us.
The sound is captivating and crisp, with complex rhythms and a deep atmosphere.
It's a set that doesn't allow for breaks, continuously building with hypnotic waves.


This hardware live set maintains a foundational rhythm perfect for the dance floor, while simultaneously exploring various experimental possibilities with synthesizers. The synthesizer sequences flow organically through several bars, unifying the overall atmosphere of the set. Einox's distinctive synthesizer sound consistently imparts a unique quality to his music.


Einox is an electronic musician based in Seoul.
He explores various sounds and rhythms within the techno and IDM genres. He has released work on labels such as Affin, Semantica, and Subosc, and currently runs the local label GUCHUK in Seoul.

OUBAITORI curation goes on
This week we welcome momo’s friend george, the ambient moniker of Tokyo-based, New Zealand born George Nelson. A published author, his artistic sensitivity and style of expression was developed through Japanese haiku. During formative experiences in the Taiwanese club Korner and later at the Japanese festival Rural, dancefloors became his favorite place to feel, connect and think. 

Transitioning to expressing emotions with more than a pen, momo’s friend george was a former resident of the now defunct [MISC.WAV FM] and a regular at Tokyo’s much-loved ambient party, Liminal Dreams - a party where listeners take off their shoes, lie down and reflect. This is an exert from his mix recorded at Liminal Dreams with Sapphire Slows at Traffic in August. A patient representation of how things are, slowly fading between feelings of sadness, joy and in between.

Welcome to the 109th chapter of the Deep Electronics Podcast. This weeks set is mixed by Dutch DJ Vinsen from The Hague. He mixed a Deep techno set but this time he dropped the BPM to a slower setting making the music more deeper. 

Bio:

Vinsen comes from the city of The Hague. Traveling a lot for work, he listens to electronic music to make the journeys more than just physical; forgetting time and creating moods.
Through years Vinsen has developed a taste for the detailed, deep, atmospheric electronic music. Not limited to a genre, but by emotions. Every set should be a new journey through an ethereal world of sounds and shapes.
Born from the need to have more music like that for himself and his close friends, he started making his own. 
Having build quite the musical archive over time, only since recently he has begin sharing it with the rest of the world. Motivated by positive reactions to go further and share more :)
