DJ, collector and music lover since the late 80’s, Volcov has played all around Europe, USA and Japan. Real name Enrico Crivellaro, he founded the record labels Archive in 1997, Neroli in 2000 and SJNRL in 2003. As a producer he has released the classic albums ‘Balance’ as Isoul8 and ‘This World’ as Rima [together with Domu] and has worked on several remixes for the likes of Azymuth, Taylor McFerrin, Jazztronik, Vikter Duplaix, Frankie Valentine and many more. He signs our 261th mix.

Eddie C is a Canadian DJ, producer, and vinyl enthusiast known for his warm, groove-driven blend of disco, house, funk, and balearic sounds. Originally from Southern Ontario, Eddie’s musical journey began in the late ‘80s, influenced by hip-hop and the early acid house scene. He started by making tape edits of late-night radio shows and immersing himself in warehouse parties.

His diverse taste and deep record knowledge were honed through years of university radio and 1990s raves, eventually leading him to craft eclectic, soulful DJ sets that span boogie, slo-mo disco, and deep house.

In 2010, Eddie founded Red Motorbike, a vinyl-only label that’s become a cult favorite for its dusty, analog-inspired cuts. His productions and edits have appeared on respected labels like Razor-N-Tape, Endless Flight, and Crue-L Records.

Now based in Vancouver Island - after leaving Berlin in 2020 and being a nomad for three years - he continues to tour internationally, thanks to his soulful, genre-blending sets and unwavering dedication to underground music culture.

Oh! We almost forget to tell you he recently launched his brand-new label, Disko Universal, debuting with an EP in collaboration with Keitano Sano. Don’t miss it!

Crystalizing this ethos into his productions, Joe has enjoyed a string of well received releases on a myriad of diverse record labels. It's an intoxicating cocktail that has seen him play around the world and back again, from smoke filled basements to festival stages and all points between. 

Joe strives to leave no stone unturned in his search for the perfect beat through his Shades Of Sound record label and radio shows.
