Osprey are an Italian rock band from Trapani, Sicilia, formed in 2010 as Aerithmetal 
they published an EP called “Zero Type” in 2012.
In late 2015 they’re back changing the name in Osprey with the aim to make 
a new album, but there was a lot of stress among the members of the band, 
so they change formation, two times.
Currently the group consists of vocalist Dario Manzo, guitarist Dario Rigirello, bassist Luigi La Francesca, drummer Joe Allotta.

The original formation consists of: vocalist Dario Manzo, guitarist Dario Rigirello, bassist Giorgio Manuguerra, drummer Dario Mazzeo.
They received a lot of contract proposals, but they refused
because everyone want money doesn’t offer them anything 
important, for example none of them offers Osprey a tournée .
So they decided to stay independent and so they recorded 
the first LP on their own using the pseudonimo of DM Indie Record as Label. But there was tension among all of them, so after the release of the single “Little Night” they change bass player with the current member Luigi. 
However they continued not to work on the new album due to other controversials, so they recorded album without the drummer. 
After some concert and some reunions they changed drummer: Joe Allotta, from London, is the current drummer of Osprey.

During these years they played shows around the town playing in Pub’s, Lounge Bar, Festivals, showcases, manifestations and a lot of events in a truly stage organized with city of Trapani and Paceco. They even participated to some contests, as the Tour Music Fest ( 2 times almost in final) and Heineken Jam Festival (16 out of the 500 bands selected).
