John Maynard Keynes, the widely admired and widely cursed economist, wrote to his wife one day in 1929: “Well, God has arrived. I met him on the 5:15 train.”
God in this case was Ludwig Wittgenstein returning to Cambridge after 4 years of war and 10 years of poverty. 
Lyrics are mostly pulled from letters from the time describing Wittgenstein with obvious double meaning. Good bass line too.
