Inner Symphony is introducing “Quintessence Vol. 2 Remix Edition” - showcasing fresh cuts of the label’s “Quintessence Vol. 2” release earlier this year. Building on the themes of the initial release, the Remix Edition adds new, darker layers and a fresh perspective on the tracks. 

The release begins with a Claws SG remix of Ceas’ “Mio”, taking the melodic themes of the original and placing them into a more percussive soundscape. The track ends with a dynamic finale setting the tone of the EP. James Marley’s remix of “Mimas” by Hushkin follows, a steady ethereal track that blends smoothly into the next song - a remix of his own track “Night Walk” done by Rustboy. Here Rustboy takes the contemplative nature of the original track and gives it a softer, more cinematic feel. The fourth track, Hushkin’s “Goliath”, remixed by Soul Button, is a super-smooth cut that can seamlessly ease you into any mood. Soul Button’s own track “Meridian” is then remixed by Alex Rusin, who gives the melancholic original a more ethereal touch. The release closes off with “Odin” by Hells Kitchen & Anders., remixed by Mashk. This detailed track invites multiple listens, and builds steadily, taking the mood from the previous track and pulling us forward to end the release on a contemplative note.

This release is a compelling showcase of some of Inner Symphony’s most dynamic artists, and offers a great complement to the original.

High and sweet voices are supported by bassy monk-like chanting. All together with the joyful melody, this track is the perfect theme for a story with a happy end.
'Nocturnal' is the final original track on this record. The typical Cyantist rhythm, with groovy toms and glitchy shakers, is the basis of this track. A clear and sharp arpeggio gives a nice crunch to the whole. When a hopeful melody is introduced we can say that Nocturnal is a track full of melancholy and happiness.
The guys from the French duo Pandhora remixed 'The March of April' and made a very chilled out ethereal track out of it. A very recognizable repeating melody is continuously present in this track and sounds very well together with the singing of the voices. In the break, just the voices and a gentle brass melody is hearable. Slowly the instruments, shakers, and voices are added to build up to an epic climax. However, the old repeating melody is taking over and brings the track back to its relaxed vibe immediately.
The Note V managed with his remix of 'Nocturnal' to add a dark and deep house flavor to the EP. A catchy, groovy rhythm with dark sounds turns the original of Cyantist into a mysterious story. The original melancholic melody is backed up by the creative use of percussion and effects.
Just once in a while, there is a split second of silence in the rhythm to make the track even more mysterious.

Following the release of  “Quintessence Vol. 2 Remix Edition [Part 1]”, Inner Symphony are releasing Part 2, a further exploration into the themes and ideas introduced in the Quintessence series. In contrast to the dark and minimal Part 1, Part 2 reopens the soundscape, integrating more sweeping synths and major tones to give this release a distinctly ‘feel-good’ atmosphere.  

Ceas gets the album off to a compelling start with a remix of James Marley’s ‘Solar’, plunging a listener immediately into a positive, high energy state - he adds a heavier touch while retaining the ethereal mood of the original. James Marley follows with a remix of ‘Attraction’ by Mashk, continuing on by adding a more open quality to a pared-back original track. The third track, a remix of Claws SG’s ‘Nebulous’ by Hells Kitchen & Anders. reflects its title by conjuring up an other-worldly feel as it ebbs and flows between points of high and low energy. Hushkin follows, remixing Rustboy’s ‘Shine Of Polaris’. Several layers of hypnotic synths echo around the higher layers, paired with a compelling bass. Fractal Architect & Dan Baber end the album with Soul Button’s ‘Meridian’, giving it a delicate feel as it evolves between uplifting and melancholy tones. 

The album gives an entirely different approach to the Quintessence series, making it a perfect complement to both Remixes Part 1 and the original Quintessence Vol. 2 album.

A clear and sharp arpeggio gives a nice crunch to the whole. When a hopeful melody is introduced we can say that Nocturnal is a track full of melancholy and happiness.
The guys from the French duo Pandhora remixed 'The March of April' and made a very chilled out ethereal track out of it. A very recognizable repeating melody is continuously present in this track and sounds very well together with the singing of the voices. In the break, just the voices and a gentle brass melody is hearable. Slowly the instruments, shakers, and voices are added to build up to an epic climax. However, the old repeating melody is taking over and brings the track back to its relaxed vibe immediately.
The Note V managed with his remix of 'Nocturnal' to add a dark and deep house flavor to the EP. A catchy, groovy rhythm with dark sounds turns the original of Cyantist into a mysterious story. The original melancholic melody is backed up by the creative use of percussion and effects.
Just once in a while, there is a split second of silence in the rhythm to make the track even more mysterious.

Archetypal rhythms, otherworldly melodies, and galaxies of possibility converge in Pandhora, a solarpunk-inspired, electronic music project whose France-based founders, Amine and Rémi, seek community over accolades and wonder over predictability. 

Disenchanted with the confines of the corporate world, the duo left their respective engineering jobs in 2015 to embark on a sonic quest. Fusing psychedelia and electronica with moods of melancholia, mystery, and bliss, they began to craft in music their vision for personal and collective empowerment: the curation of dreams, the embrace of freedom, and reverence for the Earth.

The band’s emphasis on instrumental improvisation and artistic collaboration reflects their drive to innovate, share, and experiment. Pandhora’s music, and especially their live shows, elicit strong emotions and deep catharsis. Free-form, unstructured sounds combine elements of vocals, guitar, and keyboard. Ethereal rhythms and eclectic  euphonies usher audiences on a journey with the artists into collective dreamscapes and deep states of consciousness where the possible can be imagined and the true self envisioned. 

Since 2018, Pandhora has taken their live acts, including The Piper In The Sky, Deep Psychedelia, and Evasion, on the road to venues in Europe, the Middle East, Mexico, and India. Join Pandhora on the quest to explore inner worlds and, together, heal and enhance the outer world.
