"Prague-born, London based Ariane V is a selector on the rise. Cutting her teeth with a stint behind the counter at Soho’s legendary Phonica Records, she quickly developed a taste for a broad range of dance music, building an enviable record collection in the process.

Initially rooted in house & disco, Ariane V’s exquisite selections frequently drift through the dreamlike and euphoric to the broken beat and acid pumpers. She’s a regular at many of London's best venues, either getting people dancing at the likes of Corsica Studios and the Cause, or digging deep at audiophile spaces such as Brilliant Corners. An experienced radio host, she has appeared on multiple radio stations in the UK and abroad in addition to her regular monthly show on Peckham’s Balamii Radio."

Stepping up for our 44th mix in the series and closing it out for the year is a selector, event runner and radio-host that has been making scenes in the celebrated European capital of clubbing; Berlin for years now. Maryama Luccioni aka Maryisonacid is recognised for pushing her event series and label African Acid Is The Future(alongside long time partner in crime Dauwd) as well as hosting her show Comme à la Radio on Berlin's Refuge radio! For this mix Maryama takes us on a in dept look into her selections from mellow to driving club sounds. Think of it as an all night long set summarised in the best way over an hour and a half!

While not pinned to one particular sound, Joe’s inimitable style has taken him to perform in New York, Moscow, Paris, Milan, Ibiza, Geneva, Barcelona, Berlin, Hanoi and all over the UK using his vast experience to expertly craft emotive atmospheres from chill out scenarios to dance-floor energy. 

Crystalizing this ethos into his productions Joe has enjoyed a string of well received releases on a myriad of diverse record labels. It's an intoxicating cocktail that has seen him gig around the world and back again; from smoke filled basements to festival stages and all points between. 

Joe strives to leave no stone unturned in his search for the perfect beat through his Shades Of Sound record label and radio shows.

Brussels based Nosedrip joined us for the first Magic Ritmo party at The Lubber Fiend. Nosedrip is the man behind the legendary label Stroom, freakish and beautiful, eclectic and obscure, an output of huge inspiration to the Magic Ritmo team and the perfect context to introduce the parties in.

Next up we have G.F.X. (Live) for his first club show since 1992, to celebrate the reissue of his iconic 'Eternal' EP coming to Magic Ritmo this April.
