The words of 'Weep you no more, sad fountains' are an elegy on the death of Queen Elizabeth I. They were first set to music in 1603, the year of Queen Elizabeth's death, by John Dowland. This 20th century setting by Madeleine Dring has the flow of the fountains in the piano alongside the elegy in the voice. It was recorded by Ruth Carlyle (voice) and David Barton (piano).

The words of Winter Wonderland were written by Richard (Dick) Smith whilst he was in a sanatorium being treated for tuberculosis. The words were set to music by Smith's friend Felix Bernard and arranged here in a jazz setting by Brent Edstrom. Sadly, Smith was only 34 when he died, but his words and the musical setting have become part of the winter landscape across the world.  This recording was made by Ruth Carlyle and David Barton on 5 December 2025.

Over the ground lies a mantle of white,
