No need for introduction when it comes to https://soundcloud.com/naturalelectronicsystem Originally from Naples, the duo has been playing in the most reputed festivals and clubs worldwide from Labyrinth to Paral-lel Festival, providing always acclaimed productions with a big respect of a large fan base.  On this fourth instalment of my residency, I’m hosting half of the duo, friend Valerio Gomez de Ayala for a journey into some of his favorite ambient records, he doesn’t use to play in clubs. I’m on the first hour, Valerio the second.

Back at the end of the ’90s, Valerio started to collect techno, IDM, ambient, experimental, house and electronic music records from all over the world. In the early ’00, he had the opportunity to work in a local club in the Vesuvian area where he had to play very Mainstream music, but training also himself in the meantime hours before the party or when the club was closed by recording tapes with music he liked. Following this very first experience, he finally had the opportunity to buy his own turntables and improved his technic. 
Then, in 2004 , he started with his high school friend and musical soulmate, Antonio Giova , the natural/electronic.system. project in order to express their personal idea of sound. 

Next for duo, Mediterranea EP on Tikita which will hit the stores this month. They are also preparing an upcoming EP on Delsin, one of their all time favorite labels and are working on lot of music right now.

A raver since his teenage years in Australia, Hysteria (@imhysteria) began experimenting with turntables and (later) software and hardware only around five years ago, quickly finding himself thriving off the unique possibilities DJing offered to move people physically, emotionally, and intellectually. 

As one of the co-creators and resident DJs of Patterns of Perception, Hysteria has crafted a niche for himself as a selector of genre-bending techno, coupled with a unique, ever-changing collage of sounds drawn from across the electronic music spectrum.

Patterns of Perception 58 is exactly that, an excursion through an interstellar rave, from one dimension to the next. Stripped back techno, broken rhythms, and electro grooves.

We are very glad to host for this new episode of our mix series, one of our favorite DJs and very good friend Alfonso Pomeda aka @f-ondj . As a true figure and one of the most active persons we ever met, F-on is a model when it comes to knowledge and passion in electronic music.  Alfonso has been running for a few years one of our favorite record stores in Madrid that has turned to an online store only since a year. He is also behind a couple of labels such as Antimatter or Alpenglühen. He has founded a new series of parties called @calmamadrid with his close friends dedicated to develop listening sessions of Ambient music in the Spanish capital.
As a regular at Paral-lel Festival (hope you didn’t miss his latest set for their online edition a couple of weeks ago) or at clubs in Spain or abroad, Alfonso is well known for his long downtempo journeys which can also be very intense. 

Some good news, he is releasing very soon an EP together with Kawn on Antimatter. 

He delivered for our mix series a 3:20 of experimental, ambient and dark progressions and we are really fond of it. Thank you Alfonso <3
