I have an Axe-FX, I don't know. I am testing it out. This clip is a guitar loop and I am drumming overtop with my Roland kit. I used quantization because I am bad at playing slowly.

The Galactic Sea

A 1920s big-band style entry for the "1920s" theme for the Music Weeklies Challenge.  I traveled back in time about 90 years to record this on vinyl that I then left in a time capsule for myself.  Or maybe I just spent way too much time writing horn parts.  Not sure anymore.

Once again, I sang on this one... mostly because the song popped almost fully formed from my head Saturday morning and I recorded the basic lyrics + melody into my phone.  Then I had to reverse engineer that into chords, 1920s style big-band orchestration, etc..  Quite a challenge when you have no idea what you are doing. ;)

Of all the challenges, I wished for a sound engineer on this one the most.  (And after all that, I compressed it to mono anyway for the record effect.)
