I have dropped the tempo to 30 BPM to give me the best chance at double, triple of quadruple times through the idea and they will still be rhythmically normal. Could get very tribe like towards the end if all these timings are unisonsed. And they sync with our clocks too something I always like to have in a song...

Ringing throughout is the 417Hz tuning fork. In the world of Solfeggio frequencies that's the Sacral Chakra and apparently it helps to release negative build ups of energy in the body.

In this song vocally I try and free myself a bit. I'm trying to develop the vocal with a hint of free time. I would say recently inspired by some of Neowakan's work. This artist has taught me a lot about connecting with the idea your singing about first then letting your body just follow what happens then. Hard to explain but it tends to almost automate the process and I'm doing things I normally wouldn't even consider I guess. If that's a ticket to some originality then it's something I'll definitely try and hone. Actually now that reminds me of the automatic drawing my best friend Gar used to study in college. Drawing without having an idea of what your drawing. You get some interesting results if memory serves me ok. Must relearn what Gary got from that himself. Bound to be something useful...........

The sound installation 𝘝𝘐𝘙𝘐𝘋𝘌𝘚𝘊𝘌𝘕𝘊𝘌 - developed especially for IKONA by the composer Raphael Languillat and the soprano Maren Schwier - creates a sonic bridge between the female saints depicted in the exhibition and the Saint Hildegard of Bingen, who formulated the principle of viriditas (greening power).
