Remember yesterday, when I said that I THOUGHT I knew what I was going to post--only to change my mind and, instead, posted the track I'd just finished?  

...well, I did it again.  

I thought for sure I would post the track I'd intended on posting yesterday today...but I'm keeping it in The Vault a little longer, as "Know a Man Who Does" pushed itself out the door before I could stop it.  

The conceit here is simple:  There is a genre of electronic dance music known as "UK Garage" and I thought, wouldn't it be fun to make a UK Garage song about an auto service and repair garage in the UK?  

Well, I thought it would be fun--and I think this track, the result of that stray thought, is pretty undeniably fun.  

There are tons of choppy edits--both of the beat and the UK car services ads I found to incorporate in the track.  The main beat is skippy and nearly full on electro or full on big beat in parts.  There are multiple basslines, each competing to be felt as the deepest one.  I threw in some trancey-synths, too!  (Because...well, Interbay.

Like yesterday's track, this one seemed to come together quite easily--in comparison with other Interbay tracks in progress that sometimes linger in the Vault waiting that one idea that makes it all make sense and only THEN does the track qualify for being released.  I knew what I needed to do as I did it, and then I done did it.  ;)  

Is this profound?  Will it change the world?  Is this the first sign that Interbay will someday dominate the world of music?  

Don't be silly!  

But, is the track good to listen to, fun to hear, and easy to tap your foot to...and what more could you want on a Thursday?
