This chapter marks the one year mark for the TAFFETA project. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been so kind to cheer me on and support what has turned out to be super fulfilling project (as well as an extremely challenging one...in just finding the adequate time devote to these weekly writing and recording sessions). Anyway, only 4 more years to go and I can take a break!

I use a complete hybrid of organic & electronic sounds within the scope of the Taffeta project. Nothing is out of the question and no limits are set on how things may evolve one way or another.

Tribal Calling

The Source Of Life - fourth part of the reworked cinematic musical suite based on my original theatrical Cirque style show: Regalia - The Enchanted Forest, which was initially performed at the Bali Safari and Marine Park in 2011. The new ethnic infused World music score has been crafted around sophisticated and powerful hybrid orchestral compositions by my friends at Anthology Records.

These three video clips depict the opening scenes of the story as a prelude / backstory. It tells the tale of our heroes (two Final War survivors in a post-apocalyptic surrounding) on their strenuous and dangerous voyage to a magical place - Regalia - The Enchanted Forest.

Neuro-Symphony unfolds as a three-movement dream-logic journey through the mind’s inner orchestra. It begins in Lucid Drift, where soft pulses and bowed strings shimmer at the edge of consciousness. In Synaptic Storm, rhythm and melody ignite like neurons in conversation, each idea sparking another until awareness becomes pure motion. A reflection of thought discovering itself. The piece evokes the sensation of waking from a lucid dream remembering every color, sound, and feeling as one seamless act of creation.

“Unheard” is a hauntingly intimate cinematic soundscape of silence and emotion.
Unheard drifts through the spaces between words, where thoughts echo and emotions remain unspoken. With deep ambient textures, sparse piano, and evolving synth layers, it captures the quiet ache of things left unsaid and moments that never found their voice.

Slow, atmospheric, and delicately arranged, this piece evokes vulnerability, stillness, and tension, the sound of being alone with what can’t be expressed.
