Dan Discover is the drum & bass project of Perth-based producer Daniel Ross. He first gained international recognition under the alias Station, earning runner-up in a remix competition for German drum & bass duo Neonlight.

Since his debut release as Dan Discover on Pulp Glitchin Records he has continued to turn heads with an eclectic and evolving sound. His remix of Dom Dolla's "Pump The Brakes" reached #5 on Hypeddit’s charts, amassing over 200,000 streams across SoundCloud and YouTube, marking a major milestone in his career.

His breakthrough moment came with the release of "Ghetto Womp" on Device Records, earning support from Andy C and High Contrast, while landing in Beatport’s Hype Top 10 and securing a spot among Device Records Top 10 releases on Beatport. Baltic Faith (Demi Maria), an Estonian DJ whose love for bass music led from Bristol all the way to Perth. ✨

The name Baltic comes from being raised by the Baltic Sea in Estonia, while Faith represents always keeping faith — inspired by a quote from Prison Break. 🇪🇪

With over 10 years of vibing to drum & bass, her sound connects you to raves and influences from around the world. You’ll dive into sets that blend liquid, dancefloor, and neuro, with experiments across a spectrum of bass subgenres — always crafted to take you on a journey through different scenes and eras of DnB. 💖

Why PHDNB? 

It is a play on words. While at a party in 2018, I decided I'd learn to mix after I finished my PhD. Playing gigs was never the end goal though; I just wanted to join in on all the mixing fun my mates were having at house parties. While in Brisbane for work in Jan 2020.... Though I ended up at an after party playing b2b with the international DJ . A local promoter chucked me in the deep end the following week, playing my first gig after only 8 weeks, and the rest is history. 

I'm so thankful for the chance experiences. There's nothing quite like playing all your fave funky roller/jungle bangers(yeah, I said it) with max subs and a sea of bass face. See you on a dancefloor again soon ;)
