RAW SILK are Grace and Steph, two best pals just trying to make you dance. What started as a humble party in Peckham in 2016, they’ve somehow ended up DJing at Glastonbury, Drumsheds, Flow festival in Helsinki, Pikes in Ibiza and beautiful Beirut, pinching themselves along the way.

Christobel is an electronic music producer, youth worker and textile artist based in Naarm. Christobel self produced, mixed and mastered her frst solo EP called ‘Hail U’ which she released in 2020 as a loving ode to her maternal ancestry. In all facets of her practce, and within her own identty, she attempts to uncover windows of harmony in the chaos of seemingly disparate elements. She is currently working towards developing and refining her
sound as a solo artst and is in the development phase of her debut solo album.

The Drum provides youth services in The City of Melbourne (Carlton, North Melbourne, Kensington)and City of Yarra (Collingwood and Richmond) for young people who live on the Public Housing Estates, as well as delivering programs in the CBD for young QTPOC (queer, trans people of colour) and LGBTQI+ international students.

The Drum is situated within drummond street services, a leading community and family mental health and wellbeing service provider. 

Our work seeks to be; inclusive, supportive and to provide safe and affirmative spaces for young people to connect. We collaborate with young people to design and deliver opportunities that enable them to connect with one another, their families and the wider community.
