Stereo soundscape recordings. Sometime nature, sometimes people, sometimes machinery. Sometimes quiet things like a single branch creaking in the wind on Dartmoor, sometimes odd moments in the city. Mostly local, but sometimes travelling. 

Working in mixed media...fieldrecordings, analog soundgenerators homemade "tossekasser" creating soundscapes, a,bi & non tonal pieces with or without instruments. Graduated with a degree in (electric) guitar from the Carl Nielsen Institute in Odense, Denmark in 2000.
Masters degree in Electronic Music Composition from DIEM, Aarhus Denmark

Phonography is an artistic and traveling project dedicated to sound recording that brought us from Alaska to Ushuaia.

Throughout this trip, we recorded sounds and we will publish them on this site as and when we derush them.

Ahni is part of Berlin’s acid & techno collective ‘Pulva’, has released with Solenoid Records & Fandango, & is co-founder of the FLINTA* prog collective ‘frog’.

Along with their productions, Ahni serves up tastefully genre fluid sets infused with percussions, modern Prog, classic deep house, & groovy breakbeats.

After organising for the small queer electronic scene in Canberra, Ahni has dedicated the last two years to Berlin’s dancefloors, playing alongside the likes of Morphena, Tomoki Tamura, & Johannes Albert.
