Sun Dawei aka CTAFAD. Electronic musician, guitarist, he is a very active Chinese composer.

He started learning to play guitar at the age of fourteen and then set up a punk band, which became the catalyst for him to open the music gate. Settled in Beijing in 1999, then began the research and creation, electronic music and punk band legend in China "underground baby" as the band music arranger and guitarist, at the same time began to dabble in Fashion Show, movies, drama and jingles.For the first time in 2003 in China's famous record company in the name Of Sulumi "modern sky" albums "Air Inhibition Of Water", this is his first formal experimental electronic music show, the original technique to build a new music, present a different way to express the heart.

In the same period, he also created the personal music label "Shanshui Records", and published dozens of electronic music Records in 10 years. Together with many domestic and foreign electronic musicians, the independence and music parallelism, promote the Chinese electronic music revolution.

In the next few years, I began to explore the Chiptune style. Using Game Boy and Nanoloop music software, it is known as "China's 8bit first person" and its music is deeply popular. In 2008, he was invited to the "Blip Festival", the world's largest electronic music festival in New York. In the meantime, the music of this period is more mature and shows the spirit of Chiptune music. After that, people from all circles are attracted to it.The publication of "The Heaven" has made his personal music career leap.He has made a series of Remix works, including the Brain Failure, New Pants, The Gar, EeL, Jeans Team, Snoop Lion, Kid606 and Zaliva-d. In all Remix works, he has his own unique style.

In 2013, Shanshui Records was reorganized, based on Ambient music and the minimalist Techno style. Integrated with rock attitude, world view and modern consciousness, the melody is transformed into a melody, abstracting consciousness and hiding the pursuit.

He then moved to Japan and released his new album "Unconsciousness" by VICE CHINA in 2015. Bring new sound concepts and melodies -- more and more steady rhythm and dark line of melody line, always around the rock core stealthily, music melody avoids joy and sorrow. Unbiased, moving in time. Around the album tour held in several cities in China, he put his signature style to the new dimension of performance and deep inside the body sound in the dark with the light, guide you to return to the real world.

After several metamorphoses, to explore different Spaces. He announced the new musician plan - CTAFAD.In music, you can hear "there's not a lot of modified original timbre, like atmospheric pressure, ambitious ultrasound experiments. Finally, an epic core sound field is carefully polished. The rhythm and the bass line from the beginning is proficient in the interaction, gradually unfolded and never went out.

The London-based duo has been making waves on the scene for the past several years with Superstition parties at Village Underground which have hosted some of the biggest names in techno. They recently became residents of the legendary Fabric London and this set was recorded on September 4th, 2021 during the duo's opening set for the icon Jeff Mills. 

In addition to the Fabric residency, the pair also launched a new label, Inveterate, which hosts their new EP, Revolving Door which features 5 tracks plus a great remix from Cocktail Party Effect. Out now.

He is founder of @dosis-records which develops a similar sound line, and founder and co-owner of Black Spot Chile, techno and experimental event planner from southern chile with cycles in two cities. He is also host of @fnoob Radio UK with his monthly podcast "Extracorporeal Therapy".

In the studio, Abstract Man acts in the moment, experimenting on analogue machines in order to find and shape its voice, without fixating on trends or notions. Its creative outputs act as ideal story telling tools, often driving, highly textured and hypnotically linear. Continuously reflecting and drawing inspiration from its numerous influences and surroundings, Abstract Man is open to and ready for its own continuous evolution.

Formed of two of the three minds behind London-based promoter, On the 5th Day, Abstract Man transfers its artistic intention and love for techno across to parties at the city's best underground music venue, Corsica Studios. Through the parties, alongside a podcast stream and label, On the 5th Day's mission is to build a family of trusting and dedicated music appreciators and to create opportunities for them to connect with the music that they love, bringing up and coming artists to the limelight.

Bio | Started in 2010, Petit Astronaute has been developing its music for about ten years. His first ep (Line of Line) was released on: Pardon Records and a second ep (From Earth) came out on Circular Limited. Very well received on the electronic scene, he is supported by artists such as Justine Perry, Svarog, or Joachim Spieth. His third EP (Spirit of the Earth) came out on Aarden Records, supported by big names of the deep scene.  Like its name, Petit Astronaute delivers a techno-spacial, harmonious and even almost seraphic techno.

Her dark-layered hypnotic techno sets come with electric intensity, a shimmer of light and ease, and a drop of emotion, the continuously shifting grooves locking you in in a continuous, trippy, hypnotic haze.
When she’s not gigging in Sweden and Berlin alongside the likes of Abdulla Rashim, Dorisburg, Evigt Mörker, Sebastian Mullaert and Fjäder, she’s working on her own tracks and collaborations, including the ‘Matilda’ project alongside Hampus Bogren – a genderless project challenging people’s preconceptions and mental images, with a sound marked by modular synthesizers, complex patches, atmospheric / experimental sounds, and driving rhythmic percussions.
