Sometimes a timeout is necessary, to pause, regroup, and refresh if only for a few minutes. Put up a Do Not Disturb sign. Open a window and let a pleasant distraction offered by songbirds calm the mind. Then resume forward march when ready. Hopefully, time is on your side. If not, seize a moment when you can. 💙

The idea was to "Write a short piece (1-2 mins) that starts with a recognizable melody in it’s original form, and then take that melody and reinvent it in your own style. Use one or more of the first 10 LABS packs that were released for this, but feel free to incorporate any other tools you’d like."
