Different Is Different Records is astonishingly proud of presenting the Berlin-London based, Korean-Japanese artist Red Pig Flower. She's one of the producers to be showcased in our upcoming 'Female Pressure' compilation. With a major in fine artis, the asian lady is an integral artist, with many ongoing projects spanning from music, to photography with painting and everything in between. An authentic entertainer.

Her debut track is based on the 'Secret Spell' that, until now, had been securely kept for hundreds of years by the linage of the Blue Blood Alchemists, which was exterminated by unknown mercenaries in the early 1900's. 

If a correct intonation and pronunciation was achieved while reciting the 'Secret Spell', the molecules present in the air would be excited in a specific way, while the alchemical process took place. When the correct sequence of a set of frequencies were to be reproduced with a special cadence and in a defined amount of time; not only the metal's composition would be altered, but the atoms in the white-hot iron would self-reorganize into gold's atomic structure, effectively completing the process known as alchemy.*

Directly from Russia we are pleased to have Artur Nikolaev on the remix duties. This time the Russian minimal techno wonder-kid steps out of his usual sound to enter a heavier groove exploration, while keeping an overall atmospheric hypnoticness. Exquisite.

❖ Our Life is like Water.
We struggle to break through inner and outer self.

The different textures of "water" sound goes with the flow of the piano feeling, they were recorded in Iceland, with the water sound from Black Sand Beach, waterfalls, ice glacier, and improvised piano playing at the venue at KEX hostel.

This piece of music is made for my own solo improvised performance at Busan Shin Dance Theatre Korea on Apr27 2016 while being Artist in Residency.

I mix the music and have some idea, image, imagination and wanna truly express myself and feeling in the piece.

I feel very exciting and think it's one of my very important performance in my life. It's also a very great and important experience to feel my own music in a self dance performance. I never have a Dance performance before. It's a surprise for the top Dancers and Shin sensei. I requested a 10 minutes solo performance before the big improv with them and they don't even know i'll dance, more like Zen+Tai Chi plus emotional minimal movement. It's a surprise for them, and for myself as well, to overcome myself, to explore myself.

To feel how body flow with music, how sound inspire movement, how inner self and spirit express with body, soul and sound right at the moment, connecting space, time, universe and everything in the world.

Our Life is like Water.
We struggle to break through inner and outer self.

I'm shy and quiet since small and even now I'm not good at expressing myself orally or emotionally. 
I often feel language and text can't be totally accurate or fully express what it is. So many misunderstanding, guessing and hiding.

Music, Dance, Arts... Etc may be the only ways could truly express something beyond.

I deeply hope we can have more resonance, touching each others and uplift each other's spirit and life.

Time, space and physic are the limit of human and the world. 
But human being can get beyond it by spirit, or only by spirit.

Arts are the expression of spirit, naturally, truly, purely, artificially, extremely, beautifully, disgracefully or response to any stimulation by emotion, physics or materials.

As long as there is spirit in the art work there will be resonance, touch and inspiration.

Every performance is a chance to deeply face ourself for enlightenment.

Through arts and performance we connect and love each others.

曲詞以白先勇小說《玉卿嫂》為題，從三個小說人物容歌兒、玉卿嫂及慶生的角度勾勒愛情的三種面貌，啽囈情愛的騷動與殘忍。

穿透容歌兒的少年眼光，描畫對玉卿嫂的第一印象,啟竇同性愛慕的純真，為其一生噩夢埋下伏線。自甜入癡，玉卿嫂的吶喊帶出對愛情的執迷不歸，對應慶生在囚牢之中的呼求、掙脫的渴望，盡是無法挽回的悲劇。

PYSCA is a DJ Producer, Music Consultant, Sound Artist/Designer, Improv-Experimental Musician, Sound Therapist, Curator, Project Manager and Artistic Director of IZEN.

He believes in music/sound create the right mood, style, taste, atmosphere, energy flow to add value for precious experience at the time and space moment.
