The Dark Triad of Personality Traits

Narcissism is one of the 3 personality traits that make up the dark triad of personality traits, it shares the ability to manipulate and convince with Machiavellianism, the 2nd dark triad trait. 
Machiavellianism is the highly manipulative and amoral dark trait. “High machs” are calculating and strategic in their relationships with people and are usually solely future focused on self serving goals. Its defined by a particular callousness it shares with the 3rd dark trait
The 3rd dark trait is Psychopathy which shares selfishness with narcissism. Psychopaths lack empathy and remorse for others

Although I haven't finished the book "All About Love" by bell hooks yet, I had to share how this book is already changing and reinforcing many of my ideas about love. I share the three things that stood out the most for me this far. This is not a video about romantic love, it is a critique of how we have been taught love, and how breaking out of White Supremacist, patriarchal, capitalist ideas will make us all better people. </p?

What to do on a mental health day to rejuvenate and not vegetate 
E.N.J.O.Y it!
Emotional to do list - what are all the things keeping you from a good nights rest? List them out 
Nap! - naps are empirically supported when it comes to reducing stress. Take a short sleep break to rest and recharge. If you’re not a napper, take this time to knock out something on that emotional to do list. 
Joy activity - get outside and do one thing that brings you joy. 
Outline what you need to not burn out - how can i tell when i am not functioning at my best? How can i tell when work is taking over my life? How can i notice stress before it gets critical? What am I unmotivated to do? (Do I have to do it?)
Your favorite thing - end your day with one of your favorite things. Whatever it is, make space to end your mental health day with a dopamine boost!

I was listening to a live by Dominique Morgan on her Facebook Live and she had built a custom closet in her home ...and its sparked this convo of things you dream of,  big or small, and how you prioritize those things ...could be some things that there is a consensus that are big accomplishments or goals ...but also some small things that you may want that some people might think of as frivolous or not a priority.... How layered our dreams can be.... I wrote the song inspired by watching that. Hope you like
