The Soundcloud copyright Police warned us that we'd used some tracks in our mixtapes that were not ours (Duhh..), so we decided to take no risk and create the one and only ''Cake My Day'' Soundcloud Channel! 

We're also thinking to invite some friends to do a ''Cake My Day Guestmix'' on this new channel! Who should we ask :) !?

Die Idee

Das Little Vintage Orchestra um den Mannheimer Arrangeur und Trompeter Johannes Stange hat sich dem Jazz der 20er und 30er Jahre verschrieben und zelebriert die Musik des "goldenen Zeitalters" mit unglaublicher Spielfreude und Energie!
 
Melodien, die jeder kennt, aber in dieser Form doch noch nie gehört hat. 
Arrangiert für gleich vier Bläser, allesamt hervorragende Solisten, klingt die Musik des Little Vintage Orchestras authentisch und doch frisch, auf jeden Fall eines nie: langweilig!

Elodin merges the virtues of Uri Dijk and Luuk Bos into the realm of electronic music. In the very nature of the project lies an exciting sense of vision and experiment. As former synth player of the band Textures, Uri is shaped by a journey through the global metal scene. Previously synonymous to Lifecycle, Luuk comes from an equally noisy background steeped in bass music. Elodin is the synergistic brainchild that primes them to break free from the conventions of these contexts and opens up an untraveled musical pathway. In this space, Elodin tells a story of instinctive production, meticulous sound design, solid basslines and rhapsodic synths – keenly dubbed into adventure-bass.

BIOGRAPHY:
Student dorms aren’t the usual catalyst for great musical achievements, but this is where Mark and Lars – better known as LarryKoek – started their own musical journey. 

They literally arose in the 80’s when two cute little baby boys where born somewhere in The Hague. Soaked with musical influences from these days the baby’s developed rather quickly in to real music lovers. 

After a few years of independent exploration, the LarryKoek duo formed in August 2014. The first eye-opening work of these two Dutchmen sparked the interest of record label Be Yourself Music and led to the release of summer anthem ‘’Honeybee’’ on Dirty Soul records. 

They created a unique funky sound in nowadays dance music, filled with guitar riffs, disco rhythms and catchy vocals.
