Johnson Patrick hat schon in frühen Jahren einen Einblick in die Welt der elektronischen Musik bekommen, durch seinen Bruder welcher in England ein Garage/House DJ ist. 
Diese liebe zur Musik wurde größer und auch die Begeisterung als er das erste mal den Klängen von Psytrance lauschen durfte. 
Egal zu welcher Zeit und welches Publikum ihm geboten wird er hat ein Händchen dafür entwickelt sich dem ganzen anzupassen. Als Zuhörer wird man auf eine Reise mitgenommen die einem Leben in die müden Tanzbeine einhaucht und die mehr ist als nur Musik.  🔥⚡️

DA MATTA is a Brazilian artist, club DJ, musician, composer and live promoter and is a crucial filter and curator enabling the 'now' sound of Brazil to cross continents through his production enterprise Bossa FM and Psicotrópicos Festival.
 
His DJ sets elevate, with one foot rooted in South American and black music culture, the other tapping to the electronic eccentricities local to the dancefloors of Europe. A self confessed vinyl addict, the tower of influence stems from both fresh and classic strands of boogie, disco, jazz, Brazilian funk, bossa, soul and afro samba - blended and cut - often embued with electronic bleeps and bass designed squarely at the dancefloor.
