Andres Ospina, Managing Director of Family Office Club, introduces the listeners to the concept of a "family office” and highlights the features family offices offer. 

Family legacies will be best protected when the next generations understand the history and hard work behind the business that created the wealth. He shares the difference(s) in generational heritage that seeks to instill pride into the nextgen's in their last name and bloodline whereas "new wealth" faces tax challenges.
 
Many individuals would like to be acknowledged and remembered. Andres highlights the question of “what type of legacy do they want to leave behind?” For many of affluence, they prioritize the values of family (human capital) as well as wealth preservation.
 
For coaches and advisors, Mr. Ospina emphasizes the importance of being in partnership with these family’s legacy visions, so their future legacy aligns with past successes. When the two areas of family and business entangle, friction can increase exponentially. For this niche of society, family business members and those of wealth face additional hurdles - they need to maintain a public face while having to navigate many difficult conversations. Obviously an individual or family worth $200M has unique needs, challenges and dynamics, compared to $2M.
 
For Andres, his personal legacy involves sharing spiritual lessons connected to business. He would like to bring more peace to the world by putting diverse situations into perspective. He expresses how valuable it is when we can admit we do not understand the person sitting across from us – this level of honesty pushes us to ask better quality questions. Salesmanship is understanding another human being in their problems and challenges.
 
In designing his legacy, Mr. Ospina honors his values around:

A stalwart, and in the true sense of the word (as well as being one of the nicest people you could hope to meet on a night out), Al Bradley has been obsessed with House Music from the moment he stepped through the doors of the seminal Hacienda night club in Manchester in the summer of 1989.  It’s an obsession that’s lead him down a long and winding road, including 18 years and counting as a label boss, allowed him to feature on nearly 100 releases as well as celebrated residencies for powerhouses like Fabric London, Bugged Out Manchester and Pioneer DJ Radio.  Being the kind of guy Al Bradley is though, he’s still also made time to kick it with the younger cats at spots like Stereosleaze (London) and Lip Service and Deadbeat Disco in his adopted hometown of Leeds.

We’re genuinely over the moon to bring you this EP, and as such, we’ve complimented the originals with what we feel are some pretty dandy remixes, spread across both the Vinyl and Digital releases, coming from the likes of self-proclaimed “product of a mis-spent mancunion youth”  Danny “Moodymanc” Ward, the vinyl enthusiast’s favourite Tommy “Vicari Jnr” and the ever evolving genius of Colour Series Label Boss “Jem Haynes”
