Just Movement opens the fall season by welcoming AxeLara back to the label for a new EP. Hailing from Argentina, AxeLara has been a frequent contributor to Just Movement since making his label debut in 2017. Following a contribution to the Summer VA series, The Mar del Plata resident has gone on to record eleven originals and remix across five years. With Manual Music’s MNL division and Kaito Aman’s Terasonic Records also serving as recent landing spots for Axe’s progressive sound, the Argentinean artist now finds his way back to Just Movement for a much-anticipated EP entitled ‘Aglaia / True Lies’, alongside remixes from Alex O’Rion and Sebastian Sellares.

The release concludes with Sebastian Sellares making his label debut with the lone interpretation of ‘True Lies’. Hailing from one of Argentina’s most talent-rich regions in Cordoba, Sebastian Sellares has taken his melodic sound to some of progressive music’s premiere imprints. UK behemoth Anjunadeep, Antrim’s Or Two Strangers, GMJ and Matter’s meanwhile and US powerhouse Proton Music have all served as landing spots for the Argentine’s beloved sound, while world class DJs Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Guy J have been steadfast supporters along the way. In what would have to be considered Sebastian’s most prolific year to date, the fast-rising phenom now makes his Just Movement debut with a peak time rendition of ‘True Lies’. In taking the original’s sensibility Sebastian goes a level up with driving percussive arrangements and full rolling grooves. From this confident club energy comes smooth atmospheric phrasing and buoyant rhythms leading in the break. Looking to bring further emotion to the narrative, percussion gently fades and atmosphere rises across the centrepiece, planting gentle splashes of serotonin along the way, before ultimately breaking off into a heads down finale. A sensational remix from Sebastian, rounding out what is another excellent project from Just Movement stalwart AxeLara. Don’t miss it.

Former DJ now a father of three, just recently found out that creating music with headphones somehow magically silences all of the usual daily commotion. 😁 Now seriously... “An unseen balance between light and darkness”

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.

Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began...

After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music.

After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.

In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on
underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.

Host of the podcast ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’ (2020-2023), he invited numerous DJ’s and Producers to make a signature guest mix, where the DJ/producer is the key element.

For over 130 episodes spreading over 3 years and reaching new listeners each month, the fanbase and mutual respect between colleagues kept growing daily.

In 2023 he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Andhera’, which translates to ‘darkness’ in Sanskrit. With every Full Moon or Solar Eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.

An artist, hand-picked by himself, whom he highly admires, respects and who empowers and understands techno’s dark, ambient and emotional side.⁠

His style of playing and producing can be described as a perfectly, yet delicate, carved out balance between light and darkness, melancholic and emotionally charged. Cinematic sounds, rich and full of atmospheres, super evocative soundscapes with an inexplicable soul that can only be grasped when fully immersed into it.
