Nick Warren’s place in the dance music hall of fame is well established. Since the 90’s when he became one of the first so-called "superstar DJs", holding down a high-profile residency at Cream (UK), touring around the world, and creating several DJ mix albums before they became commonplace, his creativity has always shone brightly. By also continually releasing acclaimed albums, singles, and remixes with his Way Out West partner, Jody Wisternoff, Nick Warren has firmly established himself as a truly multi-faceted producer of top-quality dance music.

Having graced the decks at every self-respecting club on the planet and made his name as a superstar DJ, Nick has also turned his hand to the business side of the music industry. As the A&R of Bristol-based Hope Recordings, he spends time seeking to hone and promote the next generation of talent. He is also currently developing his The Soundgarden label into a global events and entertainment brand, and continuing to collaborate on exciting new musical projects, with like-minded artists.

For Nicolas Rada, the journey is still just unfolding. His love of UK indie rock band Radiohead opened him up to dance music, and over the last 10 years he has quietly built a head of steam through his productions (and been able to count his heroes, such as Danny Howells, John Digweed and Nick Warren himself, among an ever-growing army of admirers). 

Born in April 1986, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Nicolas has loved percussion and has also studied piano, since childhood. He has developed his own unique style, incorporating the dark sounds of Progressive House, Tech House, Techno and Deep House. His productions can be found on well-known labels, such as: The Soundgarden, Proton, DAYS Like NIGHTS, Particles, Balkan Connection, Balkan Connection SA, Soundteller, Sound Avenue, 3rd Avenue, amongst others. He also presents his monthly 'Oblivion' online radio show, every 4th Thursday of the month, at 1PM EST on FRISKY Radio.

At a time when progressive music continues to flourish so too does Dmitry Molosh. As one of the movements brightest stars, the Belarus based artist has continued to dominate the scenes landscape. A string of Beatport chart hits along with live play from Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy J and Replug's own Cid Inc., have made him one of the genre's trendiest artists. In addition to forging strong ties with Sudbeat Music and Guy Mantzur's Plattenbank Records, Dmitry has grown into one of Replug's primary artists, most recently remixing Navar's 'You Find' in spectacular fashion. Now returning to the label amidst much anticipation, Dmitry presents his latest artist showcase entitled 'Detektor', alongside a remix from Orsen.

Comprised of three tracks it's the peak time sensibility of the title cut which gets the EP underway. Rhythmically charged, it's chunky low end and percussive cadence unite for a gargantuan swing heavy framework. A storyboard of squelchy synths, dulcet overlays and vocal fragments make for an exhilarating first act. As the break commences the narrative shifts with a tonal top line adding further fuel to the rhythmic fire, before timely modulation and a wave of drum fills sparks a brilliant drop.

Already a favourite of Guy J, the second selection 'Only U' showcases a deeper side of Dmitry's repertoire. Charming atmospheres and emotive shades descend over warm, punchy beats and afro inspired drums. Remarkably fluid, it's emotive appeal grows during the second act, as a poignant lead theme complements the tonal creativities, soothing the senses while advancing the narrative, eventually reaching an elegant finale.

Rounding out the three originals is 'Sacra' which sees the Belarus based artist returning to his pure progressive roots. Dmitry's penchant for warm, contoured grooves is what makes this such a dance floor gem. Deep, rolling and with a bevy of momentum it anchors the tight rhythmic core and pleasant hooks perfectly. Smooth yet euphoric, vibrant stabs add an epic flair, perfectly foreshadowing a timeless, emotionally rich lead theme which bridges the gap to immaculate elevation.

The lone interpretation of 'Sacra' is provided by Replug artist and label boss Dan Baseley aka Orsen. The UK born, Austria based producer got the summer season underway with his critically acclaimed 'Driftwood' EP. Coming courtesy of Replug, the three track offering showcased Orsen's ever expanding sonic palate, earning praise from all corners of the electronic community, including Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, while once again holding a lofty position in Beatport's Progressive House charts. Now returning to the label for just his second remix this year, Orsen rounds the release out with a free flowing rendition of 'Sacra'. The nine minute journey proves to be a master class in dramatic storyboarding, as acidic pulses and astral aesthetics flood your pleasure centres, eventually uniting in colourful sonic comet. Reaching an apex as the second act unfolds, an airier  take on the lead theme takes you a step closer to the cosmos, before one final rush elevates the piece to an energized yet ethereal finale.

With the 'Detektor' showcase Dmitry has added an important new chapter to his story, one which maintains his main room appeal while forging a deeper blueprint with originality and emotion. An artist in constant evolution, Dmitry once again finds himself at the forefront of the progressive movement.

Today Maribou State announce 'Nervous Tics (DJ Tennis Remix)’ - the latest in a series of remixes to come from their new album “Kingdoms In Colour”, released on 7th September on Counter Records. Following a recent remix from Maceo Plex, and ahead of a forthcoming remix from Adesse Versions, DJ Tennis (founder of the Life and Death record label) takes on album highlight ‘Nervous Tics’ featuring Holly Walker on vocals with his classic touch, preserving the warmth and fragility of the original but rebuilds the track on a sleek, muscular 4/4 foundation.

As well as their upcoming Roundhouse live-show the newly formed five piece have now sold out all of their upcoming dates in 2018, and recently announced a headline show at London’s Brixton Academy on 7th March 2019 which sold over 60% of tickets in one week, as well as their first live tour of the US and further EU tour dates in 2019.

"Kingdoms In Colour” is Maribou State’s first full-length since 2015’s breakthrough debut album “Portraits”. The record entered the UK album charts at #25 and features singles ‘Feel Good’ - a collaboration born of their friendship with Houston-based trio Khruangbin; ‘Turnmills’ - aimed at raising awareness for the The Night Time Industries Association's #SaveNightlife campaign to protect the UK’s most vulnerable music venues from closure; and continues their long standing relationship with Holly Walker (vocalist on fan favourites ‘Steal’ and ‘Midas’) on ’Nervous Tics’ which is currently on the 6 Music A list.

Beginning life in 2011 as a project between Chris Davids and Liam Ivory, Maribou State had released a string of EP’s and singles before the arrival of debut album “Portraits” propelled them to the world stage. Spawning a live show that took them around the globe and included standout festival performances at Glastonbury, Bestival, a headline slot at Sonar by Day and Secret Garden Party; a 32-date European tour plus dates throughout Asia, Australia and America. The 18th release on microCastle sees a special collaboration between two of electronic music's most innovative artists.  Named by Beatport as one of their Progressive House Artists of 2009, Henri Hurtig – otherwise known as Cid Inc teams up with Hungary's Lank (Peter Golyan) for the Our Benefactors EP. Included on the package are 2 fresh originals with remixes from two of this year's most sought after producers King Unique and Luis Junior. The Our Benefactors original mix is a rough-edged melodic house track with a very sinister and  hypnotic brain teasing lead.  A rumbling bottom end and an unparalleled cool vibe really create that dynamic big room feel. Certainly one of Henri and Peter's most unique productions to date.  Matt Thomas otherwise known as King Unique provides the Our Benefactors remix. Formed in 2001 the King Unique production touch has appeared on more than fifty remixes  and has  yielded some of the biggest dance floor bombs known to man, most notably:  Dirty Vegas’ 'Walk Into The Sun',  Underworld's 'Two Months Off' and The Killers 'Somebody Told Me'.  Following fine outings on Bedrock and Flow King Unique has delivered a big room sonic masterpiece for his Our Benefactors remix here.  The spirit of the main theme is maintained and accentuated with some trippy, swirling electronics; however it is the very unique, awe-inspiring organs  that Matt has added that should guarantee some amazing dancefloor moments over the coming months. The second original on the package is Coronal Mass,  a fat, techier progressive house track with extremely dark and ominous overtones. As the piece grows epic sheets of spine tingling synths are unleashed as anticipation builds during the breakdown all for what results in a simply amazing payoff.  The Coronal Mass remix is supplied by Luis Junior who is Spanish born and based in Madrid, he is one of the fasted rising stars of electronic music at the moment. His productions are sought after and championed by industry heavy weights John Digweed, Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren.  His debut EP “Colache” released earlier this year on Bedrock gained a lot of attention industry wide and more recently  the massive “BG" also for Bedrock was one of the most unique techno productions thus far this year. For his Coronal Mass remix Luis has stripped the track right down and delivered a futuristic slice of world class hypnotic techno.  The hypno synth sits perfectly under a  very accessible club friendly framework and  the signature Luis Junior production quality is unrivalled here with its pristine overall sound and rock solid titanium beats.  A killer remix from Luis which is already being played by John Digweed.&#13;
