If you are a fan of late 60's through early 80's Italian and French soundtrack & library records, you will absolutely LOVE this mix (AND if you're not yet familiar with his blog, you're in for quite a treat! Dear friends, RENDEZVOUS is proud to present our Halloween offering...'GIALLOWEEN'! If you are like us, you have no shortage of Halloween-themed mixes on your playlist. This one is meant to be enjoyed at the end of your evening...perhaps with a glass of, need we say, J&B?

This mix features, as the name suggests, Italian giallo selections, with a couple occult & poliziotteschi tracks sprinkled in for good measure; however we tried to veer away from the standard, run-of-the-mill offerings. For example, you will not find any Goblin on this mix (nothing against them...we LOVE Goblin!!), it's just that we figured they're probably on every other mix you have cued up for today. What we have here are not only uncommon title themes, but more obscure cuts - incidentals off library albums, and a theme taken direct off a battered VHS tape! Happy Halloween & enjoy!

Sneaker &amp; Stirnband connects a mutual (or mutant) love for NDW (New German Wave), German Disco, Schlager and Gertalo (German Italo). They carefully selected their 1,5h opening set for the Friday afternoon at Camp Cosmic starting in dazzling sunlight until the climax of the sunset.
Besides rare 12&quot;s and singles the mix includes some extended Sneaker edits and reworks.
For those who don’t know the Camp – Camp Cosmic is THE event for disco diggers in Europe since invented by Albion in Sweden in and now co-hosted by Alexander Arpeggio and a bunch of underground supporters from Dresden and Berlin. People from all over the world gathered for a weekend of disco magic. 2019 the festival took place in Chemnitz, Germany. Over 70 DJs and artists from more than 10 countries performed at the festival. The festival hosts a 2nd stage for electronic live acts and rather obscure DJ adventures.
