Latin by origin, multilingual and multipurpose in use, now the name of an exciting new platform from Austrian powerhouse collaboration Mefjus and Camo & Krooked. 

Launching April 22, 2022, the label will be a platform for the trio’s highly decorated and ever-developing body of collaborative work that began in 2017 with the collaboration ‘Mandala’ on Camo & Krooked’s last album ‘Mosaik.’ 
Key collaborative releases on labels such as UKF, Hospital Records and Vision Recordings all followed, each one compounding the trio’s shared energy and creative approach. MODUS is the next step and will be the home for all Mefjus and Camo & Krooked material moving forward, including their work as stand-alone acts. 

Joining forces and putting everything together into one mission, MODUS launches with ‘Overture’, the trio’s seventh production (eight including their remix of Sub Focus) Already a key track for the trio, it’s a vibrant piece of positive, uplifting drum & bass that’s built up around one single arpeggiator to create a rising sense of triumph throughout. 

Like all their previous music, it explores a different sound and style to the three artists whose main aim is to step up to new creative and technical challenges and solve fresh puzzles with every production. 
With the productions piling up between the three of them, due to their extensive time off-road because of global club and event closures since 2020, we can expect plenty consistency and high quality in both output and release rate.

The Clamps, born Julien Carbou, is a French Drum & Bass producer and DJ established in Toulouse. Since starting his music career through several musical projects in the late 90s, he has become known for his unique and heavy sound that blends elements of Drum & Bass, Techno, and Industrial Music.

With a string of releases on respected labels such as Trendkill Records, Kosen Production and Eatbrain, The Clamps has established himself as a prominent figure in the Drum & Bass scene. His music is characterized by its intricate sound design, intense energy, and expertly crafted basslines that have earned him a dedicated following.

With a discography spanning over a decade, The Clamps continues to push the D&B boundaries and remains a significant force in the genre. His music is celebrated for its raw energy, technical precision, and forward-thinking approach, making him a must-see act for fans of the genre.

Aside from his solo work, he has set up different musical projects such as Burr Oak (with Opsen), Forum (with Opsen & SKS) and Third Colony (with Deerhill) to express himself in different musical journeys.

Opsen is the solo project of one of the French trio Signs , who caught the attention of several well-established drum n bass and electronic label like Eatbrain , C4C , Trendkill or Noisia's DIVISION RECORDINGS to name a few .

After 4 years of production together the French trio decided to split focusing on their solo carrier and new collaborating projects .

Opsen has already signed on Trendkill Records and he is working on several new projects like Burr Oak a duo with his friends The Clamps or Cecil Hotel with one of the Signs guys  Le Lutin  .

He has worked for different sound design company and for the sample industry , and just established is own society " Side Corp " with The Clamps again .

A lot of new material are coming out this years so stay tuned .

Ever since Martin Garrix amazed the EDM community by playing Arcando’s viral remix of ‘Jungle’ by Alok & The Chainsmokers at Ultra 2024, the Dutch multi-talent has been skyrocketing on the DnB scene with his distinctive crossover sound, breaking down the barriers between drum & bass and dance music.

Fast-forward to August 2025, Arcando’s rapid rise to stardom reached its (so far) culmination point, as Arcando’s drum & bass collaboration ‘Set Me Free’ with Martin Garrix and Bonn was finally released. The record was greatly anticipated since its live premiere at Ultra Miami & EDC Las Vegas, and it has taken the streaming services by storm, amassing over 2.5M streams during the first 1,5 weeks of its release.

Besides ‘Set Me Free’, Arcando’s 2025 has showcased a string of high-octane releases, including singles ‘Ultrasound’, ‘California Dreamin’, ‘Operator’ and ‘Stars’ (with A Little Sound), accompanied by the official remix of ‘Limitless’ for Martin Garrix & Mesto. Above all, the rapid emergence hasn’t gone unnoticed by the A-listers - Arcando’s been enjoying constant support across all genres, featuring names like The Chainsmokers, Zedd, Gryffin, Sub Focus & more.

Burr Oak is the collaborative Drum & Bass project of French producers The Clamps and Opsen (formerly of Signs), uniting their visions around a dark, cinematic strain of Neurofunk. With releases on imprints such as Trendkill, Eatbrain, Blackout and Cause4Concern, they craft high-impact music where ruthless sound design, rock energy and emotive songwriting collide.

Their debut album "Somewhere We Belong" on Eatbrain marked a turning point, an 18-track odyssey that firmly positioned Burr Oak at the forefront of modern neurofunk. The record unfolds as a narrative built around their outlaw alter egos Scruggs and Sonny Jim, blending worldbuilding, dystopian atmospheres and dancefloor pressure into a cohesive universe.

Through a series of EPs, including "Hawkeye" and "Zero Alpha", and their remixed LP "Somewhere It’s Reborn", Burr Oak has continued to expand this sonic lore, pushing their hybrid of industrial textures, emotional melodies and razor-sharp groove.
