Next up on RIDE FM: Powerhouse and marvelous banjee child Shaun J. Wright! Growing up in Chicago Illinois, the epicenter of house culture, he developed his love for dance music through high school years, while taking part in the now globally known underground dance scene known as Juke.
After contributing to the fashion scene in NYC and working as a vocalist with Love Affair and Hercules, Shaun returned 2012 to Chicago to forge his solo career and started to collaborate with DJ & Producer Alinka, starting their party Twrirl and eventually releasing their first EP, Twirl Vol. 1.
10 years later and after numerous releases and gigs at the likes of Smart Bar, Panorama Bar, Cocktail d’ Amore and Cities like LA, NYC, Barcelona and Sydney, we welcome him to the 2nd episode of RIDE FM!

Almost a year after her appearance at our RIDE party series, we welcome Berlin Based DJ and Producer High Future back on RIDE FM. Coming from Seoul, South Korea, High Future made her self a name by combining different styles of electronic music while playing high energetic and intense Techno rooted sets. Her sound made her well known in the Techno scene and eventually she became the resident of Copenhagen’s legendary Ved Siden Af. What else should be said, other than enjoy one hour of an abundance of quality in selection, for this vibrant and intense RIDE FM Mix.

The Dollhouse and New World Disorder founding member is one of the most promising talents turning heads between New York and Panorama Bar with her genre fluid, seductive style. This Berlin based legend of the game, probably needs no introduction. Making a name for him self through releases on his own label and on labels like 47, Figure and Bpitch Control, as well as playing in the best venues across the whole globe, we are truly honored to welcome Amotik for this episode of RIDE FM.
Since moving to Berlin in 2014 and releasing his first EP in 2015 on his self-titled imprint, he left a unique footprint on the scene and is well known for his hypnotic groove and emotional story telling when he is preaching from the DJ Booth and don’t expect anything less, when tuning in for Amotik on RIDE FM.

While Berlin's nightlife scene has a reputation for attracting a revolving door of people, those who are here to stay have had to witness the same painful cycle repeat itself over and over again: the best parties get too big, too fast and––due to forced venue changes and shifting crowds––lose their spark too soon.

RIDE is the lovechild of a group of friends whose bonds were forged on the dance floors of the parties, clubs and safe spaces that have been lost over time. Motivated by a shared need for a breath of fresh air in the scene, RIDE's founders pooled their talents, wisdom and experiences together to create an event that fills the gaps left by bygone institutions and that is, above all, a party they themselves would love to attend. 

After the prolonged uncertainty and stress of the pandemic years, RIDE burst onto the scene with the colorful and joyful energy of 90s club nights in New York and London. These frisky family affairs are soundtracked by both up-and-coming and well-established DJs who prioritize pleasure while serving their own unique flavor of groove, penetrating dancers' ears and bodies with everything from techno and ghetto to powerhouse and trance. 

From the moment it opened its doors, RIDE has proven itself to be a liberating sanctuary for the queer community. Each party is an enthusiastic invitation for guests of all colors, shapes, sizes and identities to be themselves, express themselves and explore their desires in an inclusive space shaped by authenticity and mutual respect. Due to the rarity of its warm and inviting environment, RIDE is a place where the silver lining in music is always audible and where everyone is made to feel like family. With its fierce commitment to supporting the LGBTQ scene and its unparalleled atmosphere, RIDE has already made a permanent mark on the nightlife culture of the world's mecca of electronic music. This is only the beginning of what will surely be a joyful and wild ride.
