Producer, Composer, Bandleader and DJ, Blend Mishkin is a versatile artist, who has mixed and move across reggae, dub, soul, funk as well as world music and in 2023 completed 30 years of discography. His music have received exceptional reviews from the press and music radio shows, notably those of David Rodigan (BBC1Xtra), Toddla T (BBC Radio One), Seanie B (BBC1Xtra), Keith Lawrence ( Mi-Soul), Craig Charles (BBC 6 Music) and the late Andrew Weatheral (NTS). The purpose of San Francisco Zen Center is to make accessible and embody the wisdom and compassion of the Buddha as expressed in the Soto Zen tradition established by Dogen Zenji in 13th-century Japan and conveyed to us by Suzuki Roshi and other Buddhist teachers.
