Such beautiful playing and singing.  You both give a wonderful humanity to such a horrid event, but one that changed history.  You do Britten a fine justice in your performance.  Kudos to Helen for her fine and sympathetic playing.

Willie Dixon, Mozart, Piaf, Britten... An eclecticism, a superb voice, a real talent, congratulations! (If I may offer a word of advice: compress your recordings a little less sometimes, you'll gain in dynamics, clarity and relief). But bravo again, and above all respect!

Music for Danse Etoile Ballet (www.danseetoile.org) who will be performing The Little Mermaid Ballet January 2024 in Colorado.
This piece tells the story of the unrequited love of the little mermaid for the prince, who never realized that the little mermaid was the one who saved his life from the shipwreck. 
For piano, cello, flute, bells, sound effects and percussion.

In a tipsy mood, I strung together an improvisational performance on the guitar.

unlike the first version (recorded in 2020) the introduction is missing with that fantastic Pad-style sound which was actually a sample I recorded of a jute piece of furniture, the same sample used for the song precisely called: Juta.
here the piano part, unlike the first version which was more focused on the search for harmonic contrasts, is actually performed and I had to give up many notes (which for technical reasons I am not able to perform) and I don't even know if it is really possible for someone... I have been practicing it for some time and I still do it almost every day in performance and for some time I have wanted a new recording made properly with my hands on the keyboard.

This is a line from a song by Van Halen, Panama, describing a spectacular vehicle. I think Van Halen's music is exactly about this, exitement, fast, bombastic, wild and extravagant, and deliberately vulgar. Much of it really belongs to the Eighties, both in composition as in sound.
In memory of Eddie Van Halen I am trying to bring this to life in this song, filled with Van Halen-isms.

I hope you can enjoy this tribute and that it will make you think of him and his joyful, loud and exuberant music.
