This piece reflects my inner thoughts during a period in my life when I began to lose all hope in love and relationships. My loved ones believed that I was truly happy and living my best life as I elevated, but behind the smiles and what was deemed as success, I was drowning and longing to experience a true unadulterated love. This piece features a smooth-jazz atmosphere, gentle saxophone melodies, bass, and soft piano chords underneath.
