La palpitaciones de las notas y bongos sonidos cercanos y lejanos mezcla de música y sonidos naturales que dejan toda la fuerza del espíritu libre de reír y llorar.  Simplemente bohemio en sublime.

La Tramuntana se levantaba como un muro de piedra y bosque, con la carretera retorciéndose entre barrancos y acantilados. Lucas mantenía el volante firme mientras las luces del coche dibujaban surcos en la niebla.
El motor era un murmullo constante, acompañado por el golpeteo del viento contra la chapa. Abajo, el mar brillaba a intervalos, como si quisiera recordarle que un paso en falso era suficiente para caer al olvido.
No había más compañía que el sonido de las ruedas sobre el asfalto húmedo y la intuición de que alguien lo seguía, demasiado lejos para verse, pero lo bastante cerca para no perderlo.

With a really nice laid back fusion of Blues, Funk, Hip-Hop, & Psychedelic Rock, that recalls classic fusion and sampler happy rock artists like Beck and Fun Lovin' Criminals, this track is a nice hypnotic throwback to a time when pop music was more experimental. The lyrics are a hilariously simple call for a new drum kit for Christmas. The track hazily rolls along without ever meandering, keeping the listener interested throughout the entire song. The backing Gospel vocals are a really nice and classy touch, and the choice of samples works really well with the overall Christmas vibe of the song. All aboard, the greWVee train!


Strongest Point(s): 
A very pleasing variety of textures. As mentioned above, the song never meanders and continuously introduces new sonic elements, all of which are engaging and create a fun listening experience. Also, it's great that I can't tell what is a real instrument, and what is being sampled. That shows really strong mixing.


Target Audience Appeal: 
Fans of jam bands, Alternative Hip-Hop, Psych Rock, Funk and Stoner Rock would totally dig this track. Definitely try and appeal to the 90's Alternative/Funk/Ska revival fans. This is right up there alley too. Fun, non-obnoxious Christmas songs are rare, so it's always good to find more of them and a lot of people appreciate coming across unique holiday songs. Anyone into more experimental pop would probably at the very least appreciate the originality and laid back nature of this song.

Where It Goes

Album created by -KVI- and Arvil. The progression of this album relates to the names in a deeper sense. The first two songs, Blackrose and Battlecry, evoke an angry, fearful, and intense emotion as you hear the hard hitting sounds of dark trap and cinematic music. Awakening and Day Dream move into the light, with happier, upbeat melodies and driving rhythms. Both Credence and Arson shift back towards the harder trap/hip-hop style, but with more of a confident feeling. Lastly, Vortex and Broken finalize the album with ambiguous, beautiful melodies that can be taken to evoke a deep emotional response, either happy or sad. The concept of Twinspeak came to me and Arvil as we have been friends for many years, and producing for a good chunk of that time. We often build upon each others ideas and create very unique pieces of music that couldn't exist without one or the others ideas influencing them. Hence, the creation of the album cover, symbolizing our version of a ying-yang, in which our names are shown in each others color schemes, showing the harmonies that can occur with two different styles.

Ormai tutto è a portata di mano, abbiamo migliorato, con la tecnologia, alcuni aspetti della società ma ne abbiamo peggiorati altri.
"Aria" parla di voler respirare, di fermarsi un momento per guardarsi intorno. Siamo in un mondo ormai sempre più veloce, frenetico, concorrenziale, confusionario e caotico.
Con l'innovazione abbiamo abbattuto il tempo e le distanze; stiamo andanto sempre più veloci, più di quanto possiamo comprendere, non lasciandoci il tempo di elaborare.
Tutto "questo" pesa ancora di più, soprattutto se sostenuto sulle spalle di un ragazzo, ancora alle prese con le domande esistenziali e i problemi tipici dell'adolescenza.
