The Buffalo native/Brooklyn resident has invaded New York staples like BB Kings, Brooklyn Bowl, APT, Joe's Pub, Mercury Lounge, The Knitting Factory, Le Royale and Mehanata Bulgarian Bar, and can currently be seen rocking Toque Thursdays in Bembe in Brooklyn. Kevlar has gigged across the world, from Germany and Czech Republic to New Zealand and Australia. AKA Kevin Polowy.

DJ Andy Smith used to work with Portishead (as tour DJ and sample finder) - Don't anymore!  but have also sourced samples for the Prodigy and Lack of Afro (both of which were used in Hollywood movies 'Kick Ass' & 'Dumb & Dumber To' respectively). Released loads of mix CD's since 1998 - The Document 1,2 &3 , The Trojan Document, The Greensleeves Document, Andy Smith's Northern Soul, Diggin in The BGP Vaults, Freestyle Mix, Jam Up Twist., Jamaican Funk. New Orleans Funk & more. Was one half of Dynamo Productions with Boca 45 (AKA Scott Hendy). New compilation - Reach Up - Disco Wonderland' out on BBE records now.
