I'm excited to share that my new ambient album “Ocoyo” is out on Desert Trax today, which is a tribute to the incredible bio diversity of the jungles of Guatemala and rainforest of Ecuador, and the teachings I've received from various lineages. Through this music, I aim to express my deep appreciation for the natural beauty of our planet. This album is dedicated to Delfin & Cesario Piaguaje of the Siekopai tribe, true masters of the Amazon, who have blessed me with their wisdom in the Maloka. The essence of the lotus, the rose, as well as other plants and fungi, have been woven into the fabric of each track on this album. I am grateful for the wisdom and guidance of these allies, and for their assistance in the creation of this music. I am continually in awe of the incredible power and knowledge that can be found within the plant kingdom.

It is always nice playing at one of my favorite venues in the country, Terminal West in Atlanta GA. It was quite a humbling experience playing with Desert Dwellers again, as well as Bogtrotter. Guitariste autodidacte, passionné de musique, avec des goûts éclectiques (musique classique, drum and bass, death metal, reggae...),  Sid3 Fx aka Dub Size fait de la MAO depuis une dizaine d'années. Il est influencé par le dub électro français depuis l'adolescence (Kaly Live Dub, High Tone, Brain Damage et Kanka notamment) et essaye dès lors de créer un dub original et de qualité, à la fois dansant et planant. Loin de se contenter d’utiliser des samples préexistants, Sid3 Fx crée lui-même ses sonorités et ses morceaux à partir de ses instruments (guitare, percu, kalimbas,...), mêlant rythmes entraînants et mélodies rêveuses, hypnotiques. Depuis peu, ses horizons niveau composition s'élargissent avec la création de tracks abstract hip-hop.
