This is a long journey, a 6 Hrs set - 70 to 128 bpm - Spontaneous afternoon session @ Why Nam beach Koh Phangan
Just to say ... during the set I was flying on shromies myself and started the recording about half hour after i started playing so  the whole intro is missing!! 
No words to describe the day, just gratitude to everybody who has been there chilling, dancing, smiling and sharing their vibe!

Sacred Fire

Every Journey is a New One  

Upon loads of requests .... Here is the recording of my last Ecstatic Dance @ Pyramid -  Koh Phangan on July 2nd 
Intro with Hangpan included! :D

  As the title suggests, I feel this has been quite a different one from all the previous.
in few words it is almost a reverse one with some peaks track shortly after the beginning. 🫣😉🥰

Knowing that I was ]going to leave the island soon to take a break and a short holiday it was a Farewell one. feeling the expectations of all (or may be only mine!! LOL) friends and tribe I wanted to bring them in a special journey.  

After the intro into movement by Davi with some hang pan on the background I started with some slow beat and some mantras to induce some kind of ceremonial feeling.

I then moved on pretty fast to a 4x4 house beat that, despite not being my favourite one is the one that most people find easy to follow and dance to.  

From that I moved into some funky electro swing and step to bring some happiness and invite ppl to dance together in joy, bringing some lightness into the dance floor.  

Moving after into a faster and almost progressive funk to bring ppl to a peak and give them the feeling of what they could achieve by letting go and release.  

After I gave them the first break, slowing down the pace, allowing more space for some slow and sensual moves and and the same time let them rest and have a break.   
From that moment on, the energy was already risen and created…. 

Confident that ppl would follow me anywhere I started with some more organic and tribal beats, inducing the sense of community and singing at the same time mixing some heavy beats and bass to keep the root chakra active.

Followed with some uplifting electronic and easy to follow tech beats alternating them with some waves filled with slower breaks. 

From that moment on has been an alternate journey of single waves filled with different styles in order to give the ppl the chance to dance, move their bodies and  interact in different ways.  

Finishing with some uplifting and heart filled tracks but mostly remaining on the electronic range of music.  

Ultimately the journey ended with a sound bath by the amazing guitar of Nir …. 
Noticed that nobody left the dance floor and when was time to bring the journey to the end nobody moved. 
Did not really know how to bring ppl back …. 

Luckily they did it themselves, starting to giggle, make weird sounds of any kind  until the whole space was filled with joy, love and laughter.  

Speechless by the energy created!

 Just feeling blessed and grateful for being able to co create such mornings!!

Sharing Love & Passion through music at 360°

Sandesh aka Psymbosis has been involved in the music world since more then 3 decades. In the 90s he was playing and sharing his tunes and vibe in events within the Osho Commune international in Pune as well as in beaches and parties in Goa, at that time mixing on DAT tapes and Minidisks. 
From Ambient music until the latest innovative Experimental Electronic passing through all the possible ranges and styles, he has explored them all!! 

After a gap in the early 2000's exploring different realms of his creative expressions, he has been deeply involved in the music scene of South East Asia, sharing his passion in beaches and jungles parties as well as Clubs and International Festivals. 
He has ben playing in all the main venues in Goa, Koh Phangan, Bali as well as many of the main Music Festivals around the world! … to mention some:

He is constantly pushing the limits of what is playable creating “journeys” full of surprises. 
His various and versatile style can fit any crowd at any hour at any kind of event! 

He silently contributed to the expansion of the Ecstatic Dance Movement in Asia being one of the first to bring it in the now famous Bali Yoga Barn in early 2000s and subsequently giving birth to the event "RISE" Ecstatic Dance at Pyramid Yoga and the Fridays Ecstatic dances at AUM  on the Island of Koh Phangan. 
In both cases the concept and the events he created has grown exponentially up to the point that are now well established in the Ecstatic Dance scene worldwide attracting hundreds of dancers from all over the planet. 

He plays music in a very versatile and various ways such that his alter-ego named Psymbiosis (Maharetta Records) is present in the International Underground scene sharing his passion and his vibrant energy.
