It was a beautiful setting to play on the Fire Floor of Antaris Project this year. My playtime was sunday evening from 9 till midnight, so I could see the sunset and the moonrise over the meadows of northern Germany. As it got darker, the fire poles around the dancefloor started to spit huge flames, and there was a beautiful crowd of happy dancers enjoying themselves with me.

Live @ Antaris Project 2023

Not all first times are really great, but my first time playing at Acid Bogen in @kater_blau a couple weeks ago really really surpassed what I had envisioned and could have wished for the occasion. Initially, I was supposed to play B2B once again with my dear friend @janoma, but unfortunately he couldn't be present on that day. Luckily, the slot was perfect for me alone as well - early Saturday morning, sunrise time.

I absolutely love to play sunrise (and sunset 😉) sets, as they are perfect for dwelling between light and darkness. In those early hours, when tiredness kicks in, but the longing to connect and to dance is stronger, the atmosphere tends to be very inviting for warmth, charm, depth, dreaminess and intimacy. And so it was, in the so called here's and now's which took place then. I think I had never seen Acid Bogen so full at that time of the morning as in the last hour of my set (: More important than that, I had the right people by my side supporting me, which makes all the difference!! All of this together simply created such an amazing vibe for the brand new day that just started. A day which I don't want to ever forget ❤️ so much gratitude to all the dancers who danced their souls out, especially to my long-term listeners and those closer ones which I carry dearly in my heart 🙏

Born and raised in Guanajuato, México, has been living for the past 9 years in Oslo, Norway. Having spent most of his childhood in the mountain hills of the Mexican "bajío" with his indigenous ancestors brought big influence to his life. Pre-hispanic, folkloric, Latin-American, tribal and shamanic sounds conform an essential part of his musical exploration. This is for him, a way to keep his roots alive. Saul introduces complex sets, giving as result a multi-cultural sounds journey which appears to transport you to ancient rituals, always by the hand, naturally, of powerful and hypnotic basslines. Oslo has welcomed him with open arms and he's now earned the city's nightlife respect due to his consistent work. With his international debut show at iconic party Woomoon Ibiza, he's proven his talent goes beyond borders and it's ready to turn the dancefloor into the party everyone wishes to experience.
