About the mix:
If we describe the mix in a nutshell, it's ambient and hypnotic techno combined with sounds of the living nature.
The main purpose of this mix is to bring the listener a little closer to nature. At least one step. As much as possible through music. The singing of birds, the murmur of water, the buzzing of insects and the noise of the wind are organically woven into the tracks throughout the mix.

It's like a leisurely walk through a summer forest, when we deeply breathe fresh air, admire the views and try to hear every sound that nature gives us.

We’re back following a brief hiatus with podcast 140 - a deep, dubby, emotive and hypnotic ride courtesy of Laima Adelaide.

As put into words by Laima herself, as an accompaniment to her ‘Modern Nature’ album (Annulled Music, Jan 2021):

“My main inspiration is exploration:
Walking in the forest.
Footsteps become rhythm.
Leaves become noise.
The movement of trees becomes ambience.
Each of the tracks is a study of an unknown environment which forms itself in my imagination.”

While she may be talking of her productions, we can certainly feel the whispers of nature calling to us through this mix.

As many of us know, music can open our eyes and awaken our senses to the world around us in new and wondrous ways… as its sounds and vibrations infiltrate our minds - and if we fully surrender to that moment -  nature’s colours begin to illuminate, its sounds gently vibrate against our skin, we see the tiny intricacies of Mother Nature for the miracles that they are, we are reminded of the interconnection of all things, the fleeting and the eternal.

For us, the beauty of listening to a mix like this is that we're reminded just how powerful music can be, and we feel the strongest urge to take a long, leisurely walk in nature to explore, and reconnect, with this journey as our guide.

Cobahn is a Korean DJ, and started her musical journey as part of Seoul’s deep spiritual techno scene. She recently moved to Amsterdam to keep exploring and broaden her horizons. Her music is influenced by Oriental philosophies and awe-inspiring Mother Nature. She combines deep and experimental styles, which are blended into authentic soundscapes. She formerly played at the club vurt in Seoul, was a member of the odd, mysterious experimental techno party Ya-cha, and performed with the likes of Svreca, Joachim Spieth, Blazej Malinowski, Patrick Russell, Ron Morelli, Al Burro, Iori, Objekt, Ben Buitendijk and many more. And she was recently announced in the artist lineup of Mostra 2022, an avant-garde and experimental electronic music festival in Barcelona. She is currently focused on all kinds of deep music filled with organic, hypnotic and avant-garde touches.

F-on, also known as Alfonso Pomeda is a DJ and producer and has been a prominent figure within the Madrid electronic music scene for many years .His progressive sessions, profound and with long mixes, are real voyages that sail through experimental music, ambient and horizontal and dubby techno. His productions are 4x4 experiments of low tempo with field recordings and marked spaces, where he explores timbres, textures and cinematographic structures.
He has recently launched together with Kawn, "Tactil",  a project formed in 2020 focused on experimental slow techno that released its first vinyl in April this year on Antimatter.
He is multi-tasking running Is the Place record-store, doing the curation of the Festival Mostra At Barcelona; Antimatter label , Alpenglühen events & label...
Alpenglühen is a German word which conveys an optical phenomenon in which the last light ray on the mountain falls before nightfall. It is called that because the music falls somewhere in between light and darkness.

Hello world, for the second episode of the Accents Podcasts series, we invite the now famous Argentinian producer @FORESTONSTASYS, with a wonderful ambient LP on the label two years ago "Ataraxia", Guido Camino, has continued his artistic road with the creation of his label Danza Nativa with Kyntral and Alderaan, and has produced some very serious EP's in the deep techno and experimental and ambient universe notably on Lowless and Harmony Rec. It is highly recommended to listen to this highly psychedelic and minimalist mix surrounded by nature alone or with your best friends!

Accents Podcast Series #02 - FOREST ON STASYS

Revelation of Sound is pleased to present Zemög. Over the years, Zemög kept the sound while adding personal field recordings, modular personality and experimentation, eventually cultivating a blend of intuitive design with technical value. His musical progression allowed him to get closer to unknown sonorous passages, offering him his main artistic and spiritual inspiration.

He is a sonic explorer and vinyl collector who is known to constantly push the threshold when it comes to sound design and tone manipulation. He has been an active DJ since 2012 with residency in several clubs in his hometown Pereira and has played with several well known international artists. As composer he made his officially debut in 2019 on From a Lost Place label with ‘Vuoto EP’, followed by releases on Ordinamento Selettivo, Circular Limited, the italian label Different Exhibition where he was remixed by Claudio PRC, and his last production focused on ambient in Huinali. Also have worked on other VA colaborations and remixes around the globe.

His project is deeply inspired by mountain ecosystems and indigenous cultural and musical environments composing Ambient, Deep Techno, Tribal and Dub taking as a sound source modular synthesis, field recordings and aboriginal meditation instruments. His mixes and original work very often shows organic minimalism, tribalism and deep environments representing the beauty of meditation and mental expansion.

He is also co-founder and visual artist of Matteria, a collective that makes electronic music events in Pereira, Colombia.
