DJ Mdeck’s journey began as one half of *The Deck Bros* on WRIU 90.3 FM at the University of Rhode Island in the 2000s, where he cultivated a passion for underground hip-hop and vinyl culture. Later on he established himself in the Boston area with multiple residencies and was involved as DJ for b-boy battles, earning a reputation for high-energy, authentic sets.  A dedicated record digger, DJ Mdeck has shifted his focus to deep funk, soul, original samples and breaks, spinning all-vinyl sets that celebrate rare grooves and timeless classics. With a deep respect for the warmth of analog and the roots of DJ culture, DJ Mdeck continues to deliver curated experiences for music lovers and crate-digging enthusiasts alike.
