@editamusic 's ninth release is the work of the brilliant and versatile German producer @saschafunkeofficial , known for having created different styles over the years with an absolutely unique and well-defined touch. The track he chose is Pump up The Volume, a single by the British group M.A.R.R.S. from 1987, considered by many to be a true monument of the Dance scene. The way Sascha reinterpreted it is wonderful, making it a bomb that changes skin for its entire duration.

'Chemistry', a song whose spacey synth arpeggios wrap themselves around a bass line that pulses like the lifeline of a planet. It’s a third eye opener of a track, one that kicks down the barn doors of perception only to find a secret nightclub filled with neon smiles. Who knew the merging of synth-pop odes, chemical love and intoxicating attraction, pumped into the veins of country disco, could feel this good...

Clubland is filled with duos, and when it comes to Lord Fascinator & Kate Stein, they met on a tropical island after one had commissioned the other to create several giant monsters for a music video. Fast forward through ten years of costumes, chemicals, religious art projects and "Mad Max yoga retreats", they have finally cemented their relationship in the studio with their Primary EP, four tracks of psychedelic synth-pop, cowboy disco and cosmically inclined iridescent electronica.

Serving as a soundtrack to a fictitious film Luna Rossa Johnny Jewel of Italians Do It Better fame laces the opening with the breathy arsenic laced "Flesh" as Simple Symmetry's "Il Gatto Nero delivers a disco banger that even samples a cat's heartbeat. Legowelt creeps into lens with "Oberalp Catarsi under his Occult Orientated Crime moniker. Other suspects include Prefuse 73, Antoni Maovvi, Makeup And Vanity Set and Om & Grails member Emil Amos.
