Unlikely now - this track was recorded way back in June 1978 at a live gig (I'm on drums). I only did a few gigs with Marlow - he was very unreliable, but played brilliantly when in top form. He did lots of two-handed incredibly fast runs on the keys.  I still have some photos of him at this gig.  (He is the man in the blue photo)

wow.. beautiful key line and groovy rithm section..!!  love the left hand technique; kind of freely going but solid, confident play. thanks for share this memories..!!   8-)

I Want To Feel

This cool cat named "Marlow" comes into town from Mexico City, said he was originally from LA, and plays piano like I have never heard anyone play before.  I did a few gigs with this dude before he left town, never to be seen again. I was 24, playing the drums on this track which I recorded at the gig on my Sony reel-to-reel with two mikes on either side of the club stage.  This is an excerpt of one of Marlow's wild blues solos - like Thelonious Monk on warp drive!.  Other musicians backing Marlow on this track - Tom Winstead, bass, John Huber, guitar, Bobby McDonald sax, and a younger me (SENJEN) on the drum kit.  This brief excerpt is presented solely to feature Marlow's very unusual blues/jazz piano chops!

Just playing around for the very first time with a Behringer Neutron Synth which is used to create a sub-bass EDM bass line.  Very simple bass part with a lame Hammond B3 lick added by me and a few lame electric piano licks thrown in for good measure around the vocal hook.  No claim to the vocals that are sliced up royalty free vocal samples just for some fun.   I plan to use the Behringer Neutron Synth a lot in the future with more complex bass lines - a very nice synth!
