Sarah Farina is an international DJ, music producer, curator and activist. She hosts and curates the interdisciplinary Berlin event series Emergent Bass with her friends, which focuses on the historical awareness of cultural contexts
of music and celebrates and uplifts the Afro-diasporic influences in underground club culture.

She’s innovative, she’s skilful, and she’s the smiling antithesis of genre cliques and sour scene elitists and sprinkles positivity over the darkest bass.
What you hear is all you need to know. And what you’ll hear from Sarah Farina’s sets and music productions are seamlessly blended bass-heavy frequencies and futuristic beats with fearless forays through the hardcore
continuum and beyond.

It’s inclusive, forward-thinking and unrestrained. It’s a genre-rejecting style that she’s named Rainbow Bass.
She’s vocal about the issues of current club culture and runs the project „Transmission“ with researcher Dr. Kerstin Meißner, which aims to make the political relevance and history of international sound, club and rave culture audible and visible.

With his sensual and infectious deep house tunes, CRCKSN exemplifies the saturated sound of now. Inspired in equal parts by Detroit techno and the latest offerings of Chicago house and Nu-Disco, the young producer effortlessly combines down-pitched vocals and hypnotic breaks to the most thrilling effect. In his many years of experience as a musician, he has constantly shifted styles and sounds blending his unique swag with a rare iconic presence.

Hailing from Luxembourg, a tedious Bermuda triangle offering the obvious advantages of cross-cultural exchange yet devoid of any significant market structures, the upcoming producer has experimented with various forms of musical expression ever since his parents treated him with a first vinyl player upon reaching the age of twelve. It isn’t until then that he decides to devote his life entirely to music. Experimenting with mixing and scratching techniques at a very young age, he soon notices his lack of a musical background, which ultimately directs him onto production.

Studying sound design in Munich several years later, he expands his horizons and feels increasingly compelled by electronic music and its possibilities. His musical sense triggered by artists such as Daft Punk, Chromeo and Digitalism, he quickly learns to express himself through electronica and creates the duo ‘Christal and Crack’ with a childhood friend, igniting the Luxembourgish scene within hours. The band quickly gains notoriety and numerous references during that prolific period supporting artists like Data, Bloody Beetroots, Le Tigre among others. In 2009 however, the duo parts ways with CRCKSN deciding to put his entire focus on a solo career. In this period, he meets the opportunity to perform next to established acts like Does it Offend you Yeah? Zombienation or Fancy who express their appreciation for his unique sound.

After this first venture into solo territory, a change occurs in the musician's electronic outlook. The experience of Berlin-based club culture paired with the discovery of artists like Trentemoeller, Apparat and Seth Troxler opens up new directions leading CRCKSN to relocate to Berlin to refine his production skills, constantly incorporating new elements and techniques into his tracks which quickly find their way into renowned clubs. Over the last year, CRCKSN spent a lot of effort and dedication in fine-tuning his tracks and is now ready to present his sound to a larger audience.

Iman Deeper is a Berlin-based DJ and producer whose passion for house music was born on the bustling streets of Tehran. He honed his craft in Rome before settling in the German capital, where he has become a fixture of the underground music scene.

Over the past 12 years, Iman has played at some of Berlin's most iconic venues, including Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke, and Arena. He has also held residencies at Club R19, AVA, and Urban Spree, among others. His live performances and DJ sets have been featured at a variety of events and festivals, including Feel Festival and Monis Rache Festival, Camp Tipsy and more.

Iman's talent as a composer is evident in his work for high-profile clients such as Audi Deutschland, Vice Magazine, and Decompose Magazine. His passion for creating otherworldly soundscapes has also led him to explore TV and game compositions, where his cinematic style shines through. His ability to blend his experience in these areas makes for a unique and captivating musical experience that transports listeners to new dimensions.

In addition to his live performances and compositions, Iman hosts a radio show on Kittikun Minimal Techno Shoutcast. His 99 episodes are available for download on SoundCloud and showcase his impeccable taste in music.

2021 marks a new chapter for Iman, as he launches his own record label, Deed Music. The imprint will feature both his own work and that of talented up-and-coming artists across a range of electronic genres.
