Love in Motion | Ecstatic Dance DJ Set - February 14th 2025

Valley Of Roses, the beautiful new album from Marc JB and collaborators is a powerful sound journey bringing forth codes of ‘Authentic Creative Expression’, connection to nature, water consciousness and the path and wisdom of the Rose.

The album is created entirely from acoustic sound sources recorded in Marc’s studio which is located in a sacred Valley Of Roses with spring waters, ancient trees, waterfalls, and elementals. The recordings of the waters bring their magic. Even the 808-sounding kick drums and made from shamanic drums put through a pitch envelope.

Ahimsa is an ancient Indian principle of non-violence — a refusal to cause harm to any living being through action, word, or thought. But what if we applied ahimsa inward? What if we dove into the depths of our own inner ocean, through dance, meeting every shadow and wave with gentleness and non-violence toward ourselves? This is a free-dive into that space. A journey of sound, softness, and power.

Ahimsa 3.0 | Ecstatic Dance Set

Liquid Eden

This is a recording of my ritual live looping set that I played at Before Sunset Beach on the Aegean coast of Turkey this summer.

Before Sunset Beach has an incredible sunset view over the crystal clear waters of the Aegean see, where ancient Greeks & Romans used to live and eventually taken over by the Ottoman Empire. The land is beautiful and rich, they grow lemons and olives in the surrounding mountains and you can find many incredible ancient ruins around the area.

In the set you will here me playing and looping a Spanish style acoustic guitar, a fender electric guitar, and native flute, as well as live vocal textures and melodies.

All of the music is improvised in the moment, as I feel. The beats & bass lines were pre-produced in Ableton live but the arrangement of the loops is improvised as I change and launch them live.

I really love sharing and creating this type of musical experience because I become a pure open channel to divine creativity as I improvise and sometimes  even surprise myself.

This WAS NOT MADE WITH AI. It is completely real HUMAN creativity and expression.
