After a loss occurs the pain is so unbearable it seems only natural that you would want to isolate yourself and be alone. At times, that can be comforting because it’s hard to be around people when you’re hurting, especially if you think they do not understand how bad you feel. But the comfort of isolating can easily become a routine and before you know it, you’re cut off from everyone around you. &nbsp; Don’t let that happen to you. &nbsp;Find ways to communicate what it is you’re needing form your inner circle.&nbsp;
